I am not often compelled to write reviews but in a day and age where customer service can be lacking, I feel it important to recognize the excellent customer provided by this Five Below. This Five Below location is always clean, neat and well stocked. The staff has always been very nice. Today in particular, Juliver went above and beyond. My friend had placed an order for us at a different location and upon arriving to pick up the order was told that they had lost her order. While disappointing, it would usually not be a big deal. But the items in this order were hard to find and sell out quickly, so we were quite sad. When my friend messaged me about the situation, I decided to call around and check online but every store (10+) said the items were sold out within a few hours and they were also sold out online. When I called the Chino store, Juliver sympathized with us and said he did have 1 of the items we were in search of and would hold it until I could come after work. I was so thankful. Upon arriving, I was greeted my Miguel who was very nice and helpful. Juliver brought out the on hold item and asked if I’d found the 2nd item. After saying that I hadn’t, despite my best efforts, he surprised me by saying he’d actually located the 2nd item and had held it also. I was elated, as was my friend when I let her know. I may have hopped around in my excitement. I truly am amazed by the level of service as it just doesn’t happen anymore. Miguel chatted with us and assisted us with check-out. Honestly, this location is about 30-35 from my home, but is absolutely worth the travel time because they care about their customers and the shopping experience. Thank you Miguel and Juliver for...
Read moreJust left this store. Unfortunately very terrible experience. 1/2 the items we took to the self register were labeled incorrectly so we had to keep calling the assistant over. We just took most of them off. But 1 bag of buggles was very clearly marked 1.75 by the registers. On the top shelf and multiple bags were there. It rang up $3. The kid working called ov r who I assume is a shift manager or something. And he shows him all the bags and their label of $1.75. this guy has the audacity to move them to the left and go, no these don't go here they go to the left. BTW there was no label to the left. then has the grater audacity to ask if I still want them. Hell no. Its not about the dollar. Its about the principle. You're employees incorrectly labeled something and it's very obviously labeled. You need to honor that price. Really wild that this guy wanted to fight us for $1.25. won't be...
Read moreWell let me start by saying the guy at the register STEREO TYPICALLY PROFILED me while checking out. He grabbed my items and just started scanning them AS IF I WAS GONNA STEEL EVERY IDEM THAT WAS IN MY BASKET. AS HE DID THAT HE SAID IT'S COMPANY POLICY. Then 3 lady's behind me rang there own items up ON THERE OWN. Then I asked him why did you single ME out when there were numerous amount of costumes in the store. I did not steel anything or attempted too so why...
