Spending $30 on a strawberry vanilla cake for a special occasion only for it to be extremly dry is disappointing and embarrasing. The cake was not moist at all and was definitely not freshly baked. This was for a special occasion, a small celebration for a friend. I took the cake to a restaurant, where we had it for dessert after the dinner. Obviously I didn't have a chance to try the cake before serving to my guests. Let's just say, the second I took my first bite, I instantly realized the cake was dry!! To have an excellent steak dinner followed by a dry stale cake? How embarrassing and underwhelming. Not only does this reflect poorly on your bakery, but on me as well. I took a chance on this place, being in the area and needing to get the cake last minute. I wanted to get something that presented nicely while trying out, supporting a new small business, but that was a massive mistake. Could have gone to 85c and got something much better for the same price, or even a grocery store! You live and you learn...

This is a small and quaint, mom and pop bakery that has outside seating. We tried the mix berry tart and macaroons. They were both good. The tart definitely tasted like homemade (a plus!). The ice coffee is strong and the strawberry matcha was pretty good too. Will definitely come back the next time we're in the neighborhood.

A recent visit to Chico bakery in Chino hills, we enjoyed the pastry and desserts there, also the coffee was nice, our favorite was the crème brûlée and the eclair filled with crème, must try and you will love it, chef’s kiss

Sadly this place is nothing special as is most places in chino. The odor of cleaning chemicals just about knocked me over when I stepped in the door. Ordered the Dubai chocolate that was $14 for an 3x3 inch square and the chocolate was basic and not tempered. Melted as soon as I picked it up and completely fell apart. Also ordered the Bavarian pastry that was made with philo dough and it was also impossible to eat. Tried to take a bite and the dough was so tough that all the filling squeezed out of it. Also got a fruit tart and again nothing extraordinary. Also went to the website for nutritional info and there wasn’t any. I had higher expectations for this place and was sadly...

I was excited to try this bakery out but unfortunately I had a bad experience. There were 3 young ladies working but all of them were too busy chatting with each other to help me. One of them finally helped me but she seemed very annoyed to do so. I asked a couple of questions about the pastries and she was obviously very annoyed and gave me short, unhelpful answers. The prices are also on the high side. I like to support small businesses but after this experience I would rather go to Paris Baguette or 85 Degrees before...
