HIGHLY recommend their Hokkaido milk tea -- I personally go 100% sugar and less ice since I like sweeter drinks :]
Their collaboration drinks have overall been a hit for me too! I actually still crave one of their collab drinks, and have been able to still recreate and order it even though the collab drink was technically discontinued. If interested, it was a mango matcha latte! They allow you to substitute components out from some drinks, just not able to completely alter and customize drinks.
I recommend the strawberry matcha latte, then writing a note to substitute the strawberry for mango :] Highly recommend this too, it's another go-to...

But while scrolling through the kiosk during my visit to Sunright Tea Studio, the grapefruit Jasmin green tea caught my attention and so I placed an order for one with light ice and 50% sweet, as well as a Thai tea for a friend. A few minutes later, my order was called and I was handed both in a bag.
It was exactly what I expected it to be, but found it to be slightly bitter. It would have been better had I left the sweetness alone. That's on me, but I'll be back to try it again. As for the Thai tea, my friend said...

But I chose not to put my phone number in for the notification. Instead of someone yelling out the name of my order to let me know it was done, I waited 10+ minutes until I had to go ask someone about it.
Weird part of the job to forget š¤·āāļø "Don't forget! Let the customer know their order is ready"
Edit: it can not be too busy for the person finishing a drink to call out the name literally on the side of the cup š there is no such thing as too busy to call a name, otherwise why is the manager not fired for poor employee...
