T.J. Maxx — Local services in Christiansburg

This store is horrible. If you are a Rae Dunn hunter, don't waste your time. There is an employee that purchases Rae Dunn straight out of the stock room. I have pictures of birdhouses sitting on the tank. After being told that no merchandise would be running, I left the store. A reasonable person would assume that the birdhouses would be there at opening. Nope!! I immediately went to the manager (Mrs. Ambler) and expressed my frustration. I told her that the employee was purchasing Rae Dunn again. Yes, I said again. There have been several occasions. One is where a coordinator gave him Rae Dunn he took it to the jewelry counter where he hid it until he clocked out. After feeling like I received no resolution, I called Corporate (Seth). Shortly after hanging up with Corporate (Seth), Steve called. He is the District Manager. He informed me the manager (Mrs. Ambler) found a video of the birdhouses sitting on an end cap display. I committed the crime of getting a new cell phone number and then trying to pay my bill, which it wouldn't let me sign in to my account online. So I proceeded to call the customer service number where they have no problem giving out your bank account info or the last 4 of your social security number, but they can't update your phone number or your email. I'm so tired of these companies making you listen to a machine for 10 minutes and then still not helping you. I would not recommend getting a tj Maxx card, ot only do they make you do their job for them while they get paid and you don't, but they are just not helpful at all and when I asked to be transfered to the survey at the end, they conveniently hung up on me. 0 out of 10 stars, do not...
