7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Christiansburg

We normally love going to 7-Brew so when this one opened up near us we were super excited. However, while the first week or two open was great, service, drink quality, and team energy has fallen off HARD. We used to love the energy, atmosphere, drinks, and service from here but now we’re disappointed every time we go. If you ask for light ice, you just get more cream, or sometimes more ice than normal! If you ask for one drink sugar free and one regular, they’ll both come out looking the exact same with no indicator of which is which and the staff bringing your drink out has no idea which one is the sugar free vs. regular. It also seems like every time we arrive at the booth they never know which order is ours. Today we went and the lady checking us out was very dry and direct and the lady at the booth giving us our drinks was rude and didn’t know how to help us when our drinks came out with ice loaded from top to bottom after we specifically asked for light ice. 7-brew also used to be one of the best options for cheap coffee and ever since this location opened up we can’t get out of here paying less than $13 even for two standard medium drinks. Last week we paid over $16 for a large energy drink and a medium coffee. I wish I had better things to say about this location because for the most part 7-Brew has been our favorite coffee location but until things change we just don’t see ourselves coming back at the same frequency as we do now… which is usually twice a...

7 Brew has become consistently slow and disorganized in my past few visits. I used to accept the quality of the drinks for the fast service, but if I don’t even get that anymore, why would I go back?
