Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Chula Vista

I was going to the beach for my one day off. This store is next door to an eyeglass location which made it convenient. The counter person was nice and assisted with my order. Unfortunately, on the way to the beach I realized that my waffle cone was not edible. How could this be? 62 tomes around the sun and never had a nasty waffle cone. Epic fail of quality control! Spent $10.00 for a dbl scoop waffle and the cone was so stale that I couldn’t eat it. I had to scoop the melted ice cream out with a straw. After my beach time I reached out to the store and spoke to the person that served me that nasty cone. She was unresponsive to the issue, like she was waiting for more information. Weird… There is another B&R just up the street-my suggestion is that if you want enjoy your sweet selections-go...

Ordered four sundaes through Grubhub, when the order got delivered we noticed the banana royale was not in there, it had been cancelled and refunded. When we called to ask why it was cancelled they said because they ran out of bananas. I mean, why not just make the sundae without the bananas instead of cancelling my whole sundae? So now I sit here watching my family enjoy their ice cream while I have nothing. My husband advised them in the future they could also call. The employee stated they were too busy to call this evening. Just disappointed. Could have been an easy fix..they knew they would be disappointing someone on...

I ordered off of Door Dash and ordered a waffle cone (which costs more) for my son's icecream, and recieved a regular cone. I call Baskin Robin's and explain to them about what happened, and have a picture to prove it, and they basically tell me it's not their problem..smh.. all I wanted was to be refunded the extra amount I paid for the waffle cone, I didnt ask for anything free smh.. every time I have ordered from somewhere and recieved something wrong or didnt receive something, the restaurant takes full responsibility and either refunds me or gives me a gift card.
