I’ve been receiving services from EBM for over 5 years now. I was always afraid to get lashes until Shalonda blessed me with some beautiful extension and now in addicted. Customer service and the service provided is excellent. The location is clean and conveniently located down town, and the shop is beautiful, very inviting with a Classy feel. Before receiving any service I’m always informed on what may and may not work for me. Before I leave I’m always told if there is any problems to give them a call. I received service from all three of the ladies and I’ve never been disappointed. Rather it’s brows, lashes, or even a wax. I get more than what I pay for. My friend and I just went there yesterday. We should have listened to our gut when we went there. It seems really weird with the placing of it & it wasn’t very professional inside. Then I went in the room to get my lashes done, and there was still trash with waxing stuff from what I assume was the night before. (Since the lady came in and unlocked her door and brought me in). Then around 9pm I couldn’t handle them anymore. She had put them very close to the corner of my eye & I was in pain and very uncomfortable so I had to take them off. This morning my friend woke up with the entire left eye off. These were individual lashes, which they told us would last 1-2 weeks. I tried this new place based off a Groupon I found and really wish I hadn't gone there. The lady was very nice, but clearly did not know what she was doing. I regularly get waxed and have never had any problems. However, upon leaving there I was burned from too hot wax, severely bruised, and parts of my skin were torn.
