Absolutely disgusted by this place. Sold my parents a refrigerator and delivered it. They gave them 20$ each for delivering it and everything seemed fine. Within 6 days this NEW refrigerator stopped working. Now it has been several weeks and they don’t have a working refrigerator to date because it “needs a part”. They informed my parents (who are both in their late 60s early 70s) that they “just sell the appliances” and that they have to “deal with the company now”. How do you sell a refrigerator to someone that is new and it stops working within a week and it’s somehow not your problem? Apparently they also compared this to buying a new car. “If you bought a new car and it died right after you left would you go back and expect them to replace it?” Is this a joke? Unreal. Chris was amazing and staff were amazing! We bought a dishwasher from them and he delivered it and when my husband went to install it we realized it was damaged (to bad to keep) - Chris did not know it because the box did not show damage! He immediately came back with Stu and examined the issue and took it back on late Friday with intention of finding us a new one asap. With the current pandemic finding the same machine was next to impossible but together we searched (took a week with no dishwasher!) and we found one at another dealer. He went to the other dealer, worked a deal with them and got it for us and brought it right over the next day!!! They did not up charge us at all even though the machine went for more at this dealer! Also just so you know the machine was selling (if they had any) for $90 more at Lowes and other top name places!! We will always go back to them for all of our future...

THEY are an excellent place to call when you need dependable service when your large appliances seem to have died. They come right away if you really need it (i.e. refrigerator is dead, or washer is dead and you just started the week's laundry) and will also tell you whether or not the machine can honestly be fixed. I thought my dryer was totally dead, but they just laughed, repaired a belt, and in ten minutes, it was working! the man was great, and told me it would last longer than the washing machine i'd...
