Terrible experience ever. Dropped off my RC to be repaired because I casually went in prior to look around. And the manager/owner told me he repairs RC’s to bring it in. Dropped it off in Aug 2023 I just got my RC back on June 18th 2024!!! Literally 10 months later almost a year my RC wasn’t even repaired. He would make countless excuses as to why it’s not done would say it would be done next week or in a few weeks. I would call the store would never get an answer, left voicemails no call backs. I only dropped it off because I thought he would get it done faster then i would and save the hassle. In the end picked it up June 18th 2024 worked on it for about 6 hours and it is June 19th and I’m at Seneca lake driving my RC No Thanks to Him!!!! Even had me pay $45 dollars up front which was half of the total for him to fix and replace some parts. DO NOT BUY or drop anything Off for REPAIR unless you want to be...
