I recently moved, and had to embark on the dreadful furniture shopping experience. But when I walked into Lynch's in Geneva, it instantly became a pleasurable chore! I was greeted by friendly staff who were extremely helpful and eager to please, and wasn't one of those annoying, hovering, salesmen. There was a HUGE selection too! Once I chose my furniture, I had doubt that it would fit through my doors at home! So before I purchased it, Mr. Lynch himself came to my home with the floor model couch and made sure it would fit free of charge! Then my order was placed that same day! I am overwhelmed with how accommodating and professional this business has been, and I definitely recommend them to ANYONE looking for great quality furniture!...

Purchased a recliner from Bernie Lynch in Geneva. Paid $1498.00 we’ve had it less than a year. When you put the feet up sounds like it is going to break in half. The piece of wood for the lumbar is sticking in your back. Very uncomfortable. Called Bernie he came and looked at it and said he would get back to us. Called him today and he said you deal with Lazy Boy. I suggest people go elsewhere. He needs to retire. He should not be in bussiness. I see several other complaints on here. If I could give no...

Unlike a competitor down the road, I felt like I was actually listened to when I described what I wanted, and Lynch Furniture was willing to work with me and my budget to help me get as near as possible. The delivery and setup was free - no little thing considering the stairs the gentlemen who delivered had to walk up - and the truck came the very next day within the window I was given....
