Gold Coast Mailroom — Local services in City of Glen Cove

I used this place for ipostal1 which is a virtual mailbox for my business where they are "suppose" to scan all your incoming mail. I was asked to notarize and send all proper documentation which I did in a timely manner. However the incompetent employees at this location refused to acknowledge the fact that I had done my part. They took it upon themselves to not only NOT scan in my incoming mail but to return to sender, insisting on the fact that my mailbox didn't have my business name. I went back and forth over the phone with employees at this location and after a lot of persistence they assured me they had received the documents in order to list my business name on the account. Then I received an email letting me know that any and every mail piece I received under my business name was returned to its original sender. This is bad customer service on both ends this location as well as ipostal1.com itself because I too had been in contact with them in order to get my issues resolved but alas they were just as useless and incompetent. 0 stars all across the board. Thursday, my wife Julie, and myself went to Gold Coast mailroom to ship a package. The lady behind the counter (Jasmine) was very rude, and unprofessional, beside the fact that she was trying to convince us to ship something express to the city, and ground service would just suffice. Just a scam mentality to get the customer to pay more. We demanded to speak with the owner to complain about her rude behavior, but she made many excuses not to give his info. Finally, she gave us an email address supposedly for the owner, but later we found out that this email address belongs to another business not connected with Gold Coast and it is not the same owner. the gentleman from that other business responded almost immediately and informed us that gold coast employees are using his email address every time a customer complain, and demand to speak with the owner of Gold Coast Mailroom. and it is happening 3-5 times each day. Shame on north shore community for supporting Gold Coast Mailroom. this type of store does not belong here. I encourage everyone to take their business...

Dropped off my federal express package to be delivered to my mother in law for Christmas which had a very sentimental item inside regarding her son (my husband who passed away). Package was never delivered. Federal express does not even have this tracking number in their system. Tracking number came up as unknown.. I know that the clueless person at the desk probably stole my package. I have called them several times and they are no help. They turn you away and tell you to call federal express. They are stealing peoples packages. Do not go here. They are thieves!!!!

They don't even deserve one star. The point is I could not give them 0 stars as its not an option.
