*UPDATE OCT 25TH 2025 I did the Roastery Experience - exceptionally a must for anyone in the area of Hudson. They bless you with so much cool stuff, learning the story behind the coffee gives it a different and better flavor to be honest!!! Usually, I don't fair well in crowded spaces, behind people in lines, and turn being privy to a conversation about what person is visiting next month from San Francisco after living in whatever corner of the Earth. But here, it's an orchestral piece, a morning symphony with a caring service of incredibly nice people providing the nectar of the day. It's more than just a roastery. It's a necessary if you enjoy waking up with confidence to take on the day, or needing a relaxing respite from the hustle and bustle. Flawless coffee. The food that could rival & beat popular culinary-champions on a competitive TV show. Specialties - the likes of which induce stomach growling just thinking about. And that is just the tip of the iced coffee! And price wise - unbelievably well-worth it. Surprisingly, considering the quality being incredible, very affordably reasonable. There's a Thomas Kinkead lighting to a noir film-like scene from the cafe into the back area which I assume is for tours if one fancies a nice experience in learning the magic behind the beans...ahem, scenes. Warming service with radiance and expeditious precision; not to mention their superhuman-like memory of what coffee you fancy&how you like it. If the line is out the door, it isn't because of anything holding anyone up. It's the best coffee and dining that's worth the extremely short wait. Their service is like a magicians act. Customers lines are long- but disappear serviced and massively accommodated in joy at light speed and accuracy. It is beyond perfection. A "must" if you're in the area for the day on business, visiting loved ones, needing that positivity to greet the day, or just plain love coffee and exceptional foods. As I said at the beginning, crowds are places I try and avoid. But this spot knows that in a very compassionate, intuitive, and friendly way to the point of going the extra mile others don't as much these days. These guys actually tap into that and somehow make the anxiety go down with an uplifting cup of the best roasts I've ever had. Go here next time you need wings to fly through your day! It's not just a place- it's an experience. Thank you guys for...
Read moreFAMILY INSULTED- never visiting again. Arrived home this evening from Hudson Roastery. I was looking forward to sharing an evening with my family enjoying some live music, some coffee, wine, along with a charcuterie and cheese board. Expecting to invest alot for an hour or two of good memories. As far as I could tell there is no indicator of age restrictions for customers (my youngest daughter is 10 so no babies or young roaming children here). We were dressed appropriate. My wife wanted a cup of coffee to drink while listening to the music. When were seated, the woman (perhaps the owner) immediately greeted us abruptly with "were really focusing on charcuterie boards and wine-are you interested in that?" That's curious as the name of the establishment is Hudson Roastery, so is ordering a coffee too much to ask? Yes we were very much interested in wine, meat and cheese too- and yes we know what charcuterie boards are. Absolutely ridiculous. The message to us was very clear- we do not fit the profile of who we would like to serve at this time. Myself, my wife and daughters wondered what we all did wrong, and were very offended. ----I want to make this clear- The real disappointing part of this is that I hate to write this review. I visited this location a few weeks back with my wife and daughter on the same night and time, and it was a completely the opposite experience from this evening. The young woman serving us the first time, was welcoming and accommodating, very happy to help us and answer questions. This is by no means a reflection on her or even the food or drink. Hudson Roastery- please establish clearly what clientele you would like serve at certain times or if families are not encouraged on Saturday evenings. Your attitude was unwelcoming and pretentious to us tonight. I was hoping our family could be repeat customers and make this a tradition, and spend lots of quality time (and money) enjoying food, drink and live music. That most surely will not be happening, well not at Hudson Roastery. I encourage all families to keep our experience in mind. All of us, especially my daughters were seriously...

Food: 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 We grabbed a quick bite for breakfast here at 9am splitting a "Fancy Croissant" and their "Rip Van Winkle Drip" coffee. The food was a tad pricy but totally worth it.
The croissant was absolutely superb! Flakey and flavorful; ours had creamed spinach and was a wonderful combo of creamy and savory. It must have been baked fresh that morning because ours was still hot and she handed it to us from behind the counter!
The coffee is roasted fresh weekly and the Rip Van Winkle is their signature blend and also the lightest roast at Medium. They described the notes as chocolate, almond, and balanced. They were spot. Subtly nutty, rich, and a very balanced cup. Very good.
Service: The servers are friendly, personable, and knowledgeable answering every question I had kindly and efficiently even though they were busy!
Atmosphere: Personally, it's not my kind of vibe. A strange mix between Art Deco and Modern? But, the space was quite nice and an obvious local favorite. The interior seating was quite comfy, and the outside seating was...
