3-D Light-Loose Threads — Local services in City of Ithaca

I am looking for a specific type of item that I can not find anywhere in Ithaca or I would have given up on 3D Light ever actually being open. They do not have an hours of operation sign posted on the door or windows. According to google they are supposed to be open at 10:00 AM. It is now 10:20 and I have been waiting since quarter of and no one has shown up to open the store. I could've ordered online and had it by now, this was my 3rd time trying. I tried the local option first and found it to be lacking....
