William Jane Dispensary — Local services in City of Ithaca

I got to say as a CO native this place did have amazing bud sadly I wish my last hooorah was with bud from this place before being sober the last 8 days as I’m making career moves. I am only giving 4 stars based on a preference Amendment 64 legalized adult recreational use back in 2012 and I smoked a long time and even though the premium bud I received from this place being the Fat Nell Purple Punch I would love to see as the laws shift and more things are allowed when I can retire happily. But the reason for the 4 stars is I wish this place Grew their own product and even if possible had a MIP for Extracts, Edibles and Cartridges like notable businesses I enjoyed in Colorado. Silver Peak, (Good Chemistry who by the way also exists in MA) Terrapin Care Station who also exists in PA) Seed and Smith, Ascend, Green Man Cannabis, Life Flower and Good Ol Colorado Harvest Company if you guys ever visit CO 10 out of 10 recommend you check at least one of these ...

Disappointing is an understatement. Although this “dispensary” may appear legitimate, after one visit I can assure any potential buyers that this store is does not meet the standards one should expect from a traditional dispensary. After requesting the “highest quality flower the store had to offer” I was charged $60 for an eighth of “Runtz.” However, upon returning home and opening my bag, I immediately found several seeds, and the buds appeared to be treated with some sort of substance to make them appear stickier and higher quality than they actually are. Despite the high quality service I received from staff throughout my visit, I advise any potential buyers to SAVE YOUR MONEY and visit one of Ithaca’s many CBD stores if you’re actually interested in obtaining some truly...

A bit grungy, with a lot of staff that aren’t interested in actually serving customers compared to just lounging around and talking to each other . You have to have an ID that is then passed on to New York State to even get in the place even if you just want to browse. Selection seems to be minimal compared to a lot of other places in other states. Also is strictly cash only with expensive fees for in-house ATM machines. For the record I did not buy but my friend did. Their vape cartridge made the product smell like old lady perfume blended with engine coolant ( propylene glycol) Not something I would personally ingest! Poor customer service , grungy, and the products seem expensive. Add in the ATM fees and 14% Taxes...
