The only reason why I am giving this location 5 stars is because of MS. BONILLA!!! I came to this office 4 TIMES to try to set up my Medicare part B coverage. The first associate had failed to inform me about something pertaining to the date of my enrollment and because of this, I was enrolled at the wrong time. I came here 3 more times to resolve the issue. No one helped me- everyone tried to tell me that it wasn’t possible and it wasn’t their fault. After waiting 5 HOURS, we finally met with Ms. Bonilla on our fourth time there. She was extremely helpful. She was the only one who empathized with us and understood how important it was for us to get coverage in time to avoid paying thousands in medical bills. She went above and beyond researching our options and letting us know that she was going to at least try her best. In the end, she was able to resolve the issue and finally put us at ease. I spent a total of 4 hours there to get replacement cards for my daughters because I had to leave after waiting 1.5 hours, and I returned later in the day when the wait was 2.5 hours. It’s sloowwwww, for sure but the workers are courteous and helpful. I really needed the cards and they came in the mail quickly- a few days.

They need to find a way to get people coming in for replacement cards and statements taken care of quickly. Also there should be a person, not a machine, vetting people at check in. I overheard a few people being told that they were at the wrong office or that they needed to come back later after they had waited...

The security guard yesterday kept looking at me as if I committed a crime mind you i wasn't even talking on my phone. My phone was on silence and all I was doing was texting. He said turn your phone off i said are you talking to me he said my flash on my phone is bothering him. I said to him all i was doing was texting and nkw my phone is glitching and i wasn't even talking on my phone. The office at this location is under staff and it's a wait to be seen by a worker.
