I brought my HP to these people after a windows update was unable to complete and windows repair was unable to process. The man I spoke to was rude and his attitude made it very clear that he didn't want to work on my computer. I would have appreciated it if he just had said that. Read moreI needed someone to check my Macbook Pro. Steve Hall was knowledgeable and helpful. He cleaned it up, checked it over, and hoped that it didn't need parts. He answered a lot of questions, gave me advice on getting a new computer, and all through our conversation, he was attentive and complete in his answers.
