We ordered a tux on 4/4/18 for a 5/18/19 prom. Tux came in Wednesday before prom was all wrong. Jacket too small, pants too big and too short and shoes we tried on there when getting fitted too big. It was sent back and promised by Friday. No call and tux didn't make it. Called am of prom and it was there . It is now 12 noon on Prom day and was the exact same suit that was all wrong. Owner didn't care and went to help others as my son was left with no tux hours before prom.. Had to spend over 300. at JCP to buy a suit last minute . I had to call 2 times for refund of deposit and was not given whole amount stating it was in contract!!!!!!! OWner was horrible and hung up when i asked for remainder of deposit!!!! THEY ARE AWEFUL...
Read moreLisa is fantastic!. The bridal party selected generation tux the on line rental. I was a bit skeptical of fitting the tux based on measurements they required, ( which were next to none). It turns out I was correct. Very weird shaped body. I needed to find a tux a tuxedo coat and shirt in less than 24 hours to match the pants that did fit. Lisa made a few calls and we matched the color to nearly 100%. I went in at 230 on a thurs and had coat and shirt by 10am the next day of the wedding. Lisa the owner has a huge heart, great work ethic and commendable customer service. Read moreI went to this boutique during their normal scheduled business hours. Both times it was closed. The second time I planned to go I called earlier in the day to ensure they could get what I needed and confirm their hours that day. I was lied to about them being able to order what I needed and I was also lied to about the hours by an employee and their hours posted. They clearly are not looking for business. Very unprofessional and not anywhere I will ever try to do business again. Completely disgusted with this...
