SCALPERS RUN THIS SHOP!! I had been going here off and on for two years, I collect pokemon. And over thr past year they went from a cool card shop that even hosts events every other week and all the sealed product was MSRP and then when prismatic released, They openly admitted to camping outside big name stores and buying out their entire stock and reselling for 2 to 3 times the prices knowing it wasn't for the fans anymore it was solely to turn more profit and make money. I used to go here every other day I was even in the discord group and I had spent thousands with them until they changed. The shop not only sells general collectable things but also has models, books, trading card accessories, etc. they have multiple event places throughout the building to include two private lounge areas, multiple tables for tournaments, as well as a table top area for games like Warhammer 40k. One other cool thing is they have lockers too, so no need to carry your bag around while at an event. The staff is beyond nice with Tyler, Adam, and Dave knowing their stuff. From card questions to game rules, they got it on lock. If they don't? Well, they know someone who does. Absolutely a beast of a small business that does all the right things......
