Our co-op is the best little co-op in upstate New York. The staff is knowlegable, friendly, and helpful. The food is delicious and fresh. I have been a member for, I can't remember... ....Been at least 30 years. This is where i purchase my staples, my brown rice, tea, and of course, my organic instant oatmeal. The Co-op is one of my favorite places to shop in Plattsburgh. It's community focused, and worth a visit everytime I'm downtown. I love their vitamin section, and local produce, maple syrup, dairy and sauerkraut. I've been trying to cut down on plastic and the bulk section is wonderful. Apparently management not skilled in cooking. Selection bad. Sends you directly to chain mega groceries. Health products filled with items proven to cause diBetes heart disease cancer. Over priced poorly stocked. Replacement stick dropped badly in past year+. Produce not great. Plenty of local farmer markets. Keeps proving..why waste time..just go to a regular grocery. Plus most employees cannot afford...
