I discovered unauthorized credit card charges that occurred over the course of a year. Plushblow, without my knowledge or consent, charged me a monthly fee of first $66 and then $72 for a blowdry package that I did not use, sign up for, or want. It was only when I changed my credit card that I received an email notifying me of a declined payment, which was the first time I became aware of these charges. Upon discussing the matter with the owner of Plushblow, she refuses to refund the charges despite being unable to provide any proof of authorization or furnish the alleged email notifications about the monthly charges. Despite her initial assurance that she possessed all the relevant information and would share it with me, it is now clear that she does not. Consequently, I am considering pursuing legal action, but I would encourage everyone to review your own credit card charges and not to do business with Plushblow. This is now my second time going and the staff are incredibly friendly and skilled with hair, always going above and beyond to provide the best customer experience.
This morning, I was running late, but the stylist was so accommodating and still managed to do an amazing job despite the time crunch. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication.
