Very disappointing. Not authentic pho like one would find at an authentic Vietnamese place. Pho is limited to one type with choice of only two meats. And the soup is shameful. 5 pieces of paper thin meat with nothing else but the noodles. The same noodles we can buy at the super market. Sorry but 2 ingredients doesn't make for Pho. Where's the mint leaves, bean sprouts, vegetables? They should also offer more types of pho and the various meats and ingredients that come with real authentic pho. This is the worst excuse for Pho I've ever seen. Shame shame.

This place just opened so I’ve heard mixed reviews. Owned by a local resident and operated with sincerity. I fully endorse Saigon Table. I’ve been in the restaurant business so I know how hard it is to open and run a new place. That said, the food is very very good. I got to speak with the owner and there is no expense spared with ingredients. I will absolutely keep coming back to try everything on the menu. So far, the Classic Banh Mi and the Cha Gio spring rolls have really impressed me.

I really wanted to like this place but there’s a lot wrong unfortunately. It was $30 for a bowl of pho tai and an iced coffee!! Holy expensive! Maybe cause it’s in Rye but sheesh that’s insane. You would think for that price it was a huge bowl but it is quite small. You also don’t get much beef… my bowl was also full of fat. There’s no good pho places near me… sad.

As a lover of Asian food I was excited to try Saigon table, and it did not disappoint. Fabulous interior with plenty inside seating, and wonderful outdoor seating shaded from the burning sun. We ordered tamarind ribs, beef skewer and egg rolls. DELICIOUS. Cannot wait to go back again. The owner even came outside and chatted with us, lovely lady, and told us how EVERYTHING is made in-house. The rice, omg the rice, it reminded me of my trip to Thailand, and she then informed us she has it specially imported from Thailand!!! She then brought us out a green cake (can’t remember the name of it) that made with an Asian vegetable, which gives it its bright green color, and we did not feel 1 bit guilty eating it. Love the whole vibe of this place, must visit !! They even have squeezed to order orange juice (and various alcohol choices but we didn’t indulge this time). Also staff were friendly and chatty, made us feel like we’ve been life long customers and it was our 1st visit. The love, passion and authenticity the owner has put into Saigon table makes this place...

The customer service was lacking. The place was not busy at all and I sat down with a friend. I asked the cashier do we place the order before sitting or someone comes to us, because why are we not being attended to after what seemed like 15 minutes. The shrimp roll which is grossly overpriced and the chicken skewers were good tasted fresh and the chicken skewer was done to perfection with good flavor. I Ordered the shrimp vermicelli noodles and my friend the beef. My friend stated the beef was flavorful and not overdone. The shrimp was overdone, tasted stale and I really tried to get into it with the fish sauce but it was a huge failure. I couldn’t do it. The atmosphere had these little flies on the wall constantly flying around they are not fruit flies some weird flies please work on that. Also the lychee cocktail was waaay too sweet. Unbearable to drink. I would return to have the items...

The soft open looked amazing, people were friendly and in great spirits. The smell of the food was amazing. The menu is new so I’m hoping the owner is open to making some changes/additions to allow for more customers to enjoy it. Unfortunately the broth for the noodles is meat based only, and the only veggie/vegan dish they could offer was a salad and a spring roll which is very limiting, so anyone who is plant based or health conscious (vegetarian, vegan, or just doesn’t eat meat), there is no broth/noodle dish available for you, which is very unusual for a Vietnamese place. Hoping for more veggie/vegan friendly options in the future, I’m sure it will be delicious. Wishing the new restaraunt a lot of luck, I’m sure they will be an instant success, just hoping for more options in the future. I will happily change my review If there are more vegan friendly options available...
