COACH Outlet — Local services in City of Syracuse

I’m gonna be honest my last service was amazing but the time before this it was horrible because while I was checking out this time the lady offered me a box or gift bag but the time before this I had a horrible experience the cashier told me “we don’t have gift box’s or bags we don’t do that here” and when I come back a couple months later to find out they do is sad because it’s giving very much I don’t have time to wrap up the item or give you the time of day after you spend money here… like I understand but it was a piece of jewelry for a gift Whice made me upset because I wanted it to look nice… and for $60 I kinda hope you can at least make it look nice… anyways what I take from this is I won’t come back to this one anytime soon because it seems like service is inconsistent Whice is sad because I come here a decent amount. Mind you I got 3 bracelets and only asked one to be wrapped nice and honestly that why I came there because I would expect out of all places that coach would do that and I guess I was wrong… but I do I give 5 stars to the lady today who actually offered me the gift...

I wind up in Syracuse for business a few times a year, typically just before my anniversary and wife's birthday. Fortunately for me that means I get to shop at this particular store. I don't know why, but this coach outlet beats the prices at the coach outlets I've visited in Florida and North Carolina. I mentioned to the clerk that their prices are better, she said she hears that a lot. She said she didn't know why since all the stores run the same sales, but I find this one too be less expensive.

The staff have always been courteous, professional, polite and not aggressive. I'm a guy that doesn't really understand most of the products in there. I describe my wife's style and needs and they lay out options for me to choose from. The staff has always demonstrated a great deal of knowledge about their products. So far the items they've selected have made my wife extremely happy.

I make sure I go to this store every time I'm in the area. If you're into coach or have someone in your life that is it's worth...

I purchased a reversible canvas and leather tote along with a leather wallet to match. Had not had a problem for quite some time. From May to June I noticed that the bag was starting to break down. You could clearly look at the back of the bag and it obviously wasn’t used. When I talk to some sales associates they said I can go into the store and exchange the bag if anything happens to the bag under a year. When I went to exchange the bag the lady I was being helped by said that I can exchange the bag. But when the manager came she then said that it can not be exchanged but I can try to send it out. When I told the manager I had nothing else to put my belongings in, the lady then said that she would give me a bag. Unfortunately the customer service and quality of the coach product is going down. I will be making a complaint to the better...
