Had the worst customer experience here they are Absolutely not for the customer they overcharge and are Sneaky. Got a laptop from them about 2 year ago And when I got it to my house it was  Overheating and would not stay on for more then 2 hours. Was apparently pre owned before and made me pay full price for it just about. had issues with it they supposedly fixed it and made it worse and my computer stop working and they told me that they would help me with 100$ off a new one if I wanted a new laptop and I was about  3 months away from paying off the laptop. And on top of all that I went back and forgave them for pretty much just taking all my money and got a Couch and recliner last year that if you look online it was only about alil over 1,000$ They wanted to  Charge me  alil over 4,000$  I mean I understand that they have to make their money somehow but that up charging is dramatic. My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. I recently moved here and I thought this was the only store with furniture in town. What I purchased keeps breaking and this company refuses to give me a refund for what I purchased and I paid in full. It is falling apart and I would not recommend this place to anybody!!! They are scammers and I went straight to an actual furniture store to purchase the rest of my furniture. They scammed my family and they refuse to give me any help or returns. Zero stars based on a recent experience. We went in with elderly neighbors so they could rent an A/C unit on a 90° day. The guy tells a kid to "run over to Subway-theyre not using it." This floor unit was taped, cracked, missing the filter, coils clogged with dust as it was used and the filtervwasnt in it, doesn't have a window piece where the tube exhausts out. They were charging these old people over $100 a month for a broken piece of garbage that didn't work. That junk went back to this store the next day and a refund was given. I would not get anything...
