Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in City of Watertown

I would like to start off by saying that the people and the atmosphere are amazing. I don’t have a single problem with any employee that I speak to in little Caesars, they are all very nice and very helpful. The establishment is also very clean, and I have never seen a mess in the place which I never have had that experience at other restaurants. With that being said, the reason I’m giving three stars is because I have an issue with the food I receive. Because the food is the main thing I come in for, I am disappointed with my experience the past three or four visits. I specifically put in custom orders for my pizzas to make sure that I am given extra cheese and extra sauce. Unfortunately, my past three or four pizzas I have not received extra sauce at all and sometimes I don’t receive the extra cheese either. I completely understand being overwhelmed with customers and usually don’t have an issue, but I pay extra(depending on the pizza type,some don’t cost extra when customizing) to make the pizzas custom specifically for those two items. I have even called in when my pizza was made to make sure extra sauce was put on it, and the only time extra sauce has ever been put on my pizza was when I called in. I have to walk to Little Caesars and back so I don’t have the convenience of driving there to get my pizza fixed or to get a refund. My son still enjoys it so I don’t usually complain but I would like to know what I have to do to get it made the right way. 1 star. The way this place is run is absolutely uncoordinated and out right disgusting. The basic pizza’s are barely even COOKED and are ALWAYS raw and soggy and not good quality, sometimes you don’t even want to eat them. You sometimes get surprised if one is actually even cooked. Considering how much you pay for it, $7 for a pizza, I should get the quality I deserve as a consumer. Don’t even get me started on the staff, sometimes you have to wait at least 15 mins or more to even have someone serve you. There is no teamwork, no professionalism, no respect, just utterly disappointing. I went to the Drive-Thru and one staff member was busy talking to her “friends” giving them FREE PIZZAS with her VAPE out in the store. Talk about decency and professionalism, plus being too busy to talk to friends than actually work. If she has her vape out, who knows what other things they are doing behind the scenes. No adults at all, no managers even running the place, if you want a sub-par pizza made by children, go somewhere...

Tried placing an order for delivery online. Somehow the system set up our delivery address for the wrong location. Called the store to cancel the order and was told to call Door Dash and let them know as well, because for some reason they were the ones going to deliver the order. After being told the order would be cancelled, and notifying Door Dash. We find out the store still continued to make the order anyways despite being told to cancel it, telling us it would be cancelled and charging us plus the additional Doordash delivery cost which was advertised as free for the first delivery order. Door Dash also kept picking up the order despite being told to cancel it and not answering the phone.
