It is nearly impossible to get any follow up from this store and the people answering the phones require some training in customer service.
We purchased a dining table and 8 chairs from this location. We never got any follow up about the delivery of the items until I called the store and asked them to provide me with an ETA. We made the mistake of ordering two more dining chairs from this location (because I want them all to match) and I have no idea if they have been ordered or when theyâre arriving. I have called the store multiple times and most recently, I was told the items are at the warehouse ready for delivery and someone would reach out to set up a delivery date. That was almost 2 weeks ago and still no word. We emailed our salesperson (Denise) 2 weeks ago and still havenât heard back. Purchase your furniture elsewhere because this store in particular does not value customer service. We have called the store multiple times to try and get some answers but either our salesperson is not available, their computer system is down or the manager is not available.    Read moreCompletely unacceptable practices. I purchased a floor model of a desk with a stone table top. When it was delivered, it was completely scratched across the stone. I never would have bought it if I had seen that. When I called the store, I was told that we were told that floor models are all final sale and that the reason we didnât see the scratch is because the scratches were covered by a chess board displayed on the table. So apparently they hide defects and then do not make it right. Also apparently they do not comply with the Limited Warranty. I get all sales on floor models are final and that would be totally fine, but you need to be transparent about damage and not seek to cover it up. I see other negative reviews here where they respond with a generic message that asks for the poster contact the social media response team. I will not be doing that as I have wasted enough time on this business. They have my contact information and if they decide to comply with the Aarhaus Limited Warranty and make things right they know...

I was introduced to Arturo Veloira (an Arhaus designer) and we ended up buying the most beautiful chandelier, sconces, art, accessories and rugs for our home. Arturo came to my house, took pictures, measurements and spoke to me about my vision for the house. Our second meeting was in Arhaus at The Westchester Mall (a gorgeous store). Over there he presented me with several options for my house based on my vision. They were perfectly curated and thought over. I chose the options that I liked the most and now my house is just perfect. I am so happy and thankful to Arturo, his experience and knowledge are beyond any expectations. And it wouldnât be fair without mentioning the delivery company crew FGO (Luis Callejas, Francisco Cassiani and Camilo Ruiz) who brought all the items home, helped me with the set up, gave me all their time, patience and perspective and worked tirelessly until I was 100% satisfied.
