Zales — Local services in City of White Plains

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Lets start off with saying we were loyal to Zales for years! The sales person helping us, older woman who shall not be named, made a mistake and charged our credit card. She said "our system was lagging" meanwhile we went from a $200 ring to an almost $800 charge on our card. She apologized and said that the charge was only processing but wouldn't go through. Not only did it GO THROUGH, EXPEDITED SHIPPING charged as well... by ACCIDENT?? , A gift I was planning on giving my mother, I HAD TO TAKE BACK!!! SO EMBARRASSING AND SO DISAPPOINTING , We just couldn't afford it ON CHRISTMAS!!! WEEKS TO GET OUR MONEY BACK!! BEWARE!! Zales needs to promote Angela Serrano to the highest level of senior leadership. She is amazing and does her best to make her customers happy. She has been assisting and providing her services since parkchester location was open. She makes me and my fiance feel valued as customers and has gone above and beyond to assist us. She showcases the customer service and care that we expect from a Fortune 500 company like zales. I was there Monday 4/16 at 8:45, I wanted to get a bracelet fixed that my boyfriend bought for me, however the girl working was very rude. She was counting the registers already and told me she couldn’t help me. I asked her why she couldn’t look up our Information for the warranty & she insisted she needed a barcode. Which is false because I got another bracelet fixed and they looked up the warranty just with my boyfriends information.
