ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Lets start off with saying we were loyal to Zales for years! The sales person helping us, older woman who shall not be named, made a mistake and charged our credit card. She said "our system was lagging" meanwhile we went from a $200 ring to an almost $800 charge on our card. She apologized and said that the charge was only processing but wouldn't go through. Not only did it GO THROUGH, EXPEDITED SHIPPING charged as well... by ACCIDENT?? , A gift I was planning on giving my mother, I HAD TO TAKE BACK!!!
