Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in City of White Plains

I visited this VS location today and the customer service there was terrible. Sad to say the least. Todays’ humanity is so disgusting it’s horrid to experience/watch. I walked in this afternoon with my wallet in hand with 3 coupons. I was looking to purchase a bra or two along with a few underwear use for my time of months. I was greeted by a fellow staff member and I asked where the sale for the bras were and she responded, great! When about my way. I didn’t see much I liked so I went ahead and kept searching for something cute! I walked passed a few employees that were organizing the panties in the VS section and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Yet, when another white woman passed they greeted them and asked if they need any help. Oh! That reminds me a short heavy wasted woman stopped me and asked me before that if I need help with the something and I told her I was looking for the $20 bras and that I wanted white. She answers “oh you won’t find any white in the PINK section. Way to be so negative about it then I went about my way. This skinny African American woman with short blonde hair was around as I saw her while I was looking for my underwear to buy. At first I didn’t notice but then realized she kept following me around! Step by step, each one I took she was right beside me as if I was going to steal! Shame on them honestly. I had no intent of doing so nor did I come off that way. I had no baggage on me or anything at that. She then followed me to the bra section after I had made my first small purchase so I obviously had a small VS bag of my purchase me now. I asked her if she was following me? She then tried playing it off by telling me the bras were two for 50. I was really annoyed at this point. Terrible workers. Worst customer service. I have never in 28 years experience such discrimination. You can feel when people talk or look at you wrongfully for no apparent reason. Lastly the cashier I had was awful. Negative to the fullest and cold no energy whatsoever in assisting me. I shut her down real quick when I told her I had coupons I was going to use and she responds “I’m not sure if they’ll all work” I replied that I knew they would work because they’re eligible and I’ve shopped there before!!!! The ordacity of these young woman is atrocious. She made me scan my debit card chip 3 times before telling me that all VS cards have not been working and I’m left thinking something was wrong with just mine!! Ridiculous truly the attitude of these “employees” never again will I shop in Victoria Secret of White Plains! They clearly need new...

Not a pleasant experience. Went to the store to order two items online that they did not have my size in store and the staff was quite unaccommodating. I had two coupons I wanted to use: One was a free panty coupon from the PINK app for any value up to $12.50 and one was a $20 out of $60 coupon I got in store which I had a picture of. The associates refused to help as they said they can’t do it in store. The manager then said the panty coupon was only for $5 value when the terms and conditions of the coupon clearly stated up to $12.50 value. For the $20 out of $60 coupon they kept insisting that the card had to be used in person so they could “rip it off” which does not make sense because every code is unique so once it is used it cannot be reused. When physical coupons are used in the app, we enter them manually and once it is used the coupon is invalid. So why can’t they do this in store? Really upsetting and tiring experience trying to convince the VS...

I don't know where else to put this review but without a changing room, Ellea or Ellen (I can't make out her name) got my size exactly. She took such good care of me as I knew my breasts needed a check up. I did, and we discussed the bras I usually get she showed me the ones for my size and suggested others. WHAT MADE HER STAND OUT, was how I was wearing a sweater when I came in and then later into the store when looking I put it on my hips. She didn't see the sweater on me and rushed over to ask if I lost it and to help find it. She made me feel like an actual customer that was cared about. When I got home I loved the bras and felt a difference right away (not to mention the boyfriend loves em' too). If you come to the Westchester Mall try to find her, she will not let you down. If anyone can reply to this google review about how to properly give her credit for our experience with chit chating, etc. things I left out please...
