This store really needs to gets it customer service priorities straight. I went into the store to make an online exchange. The customer in front of me was being difficult to a relatively new cashier/employee. The young lady was thumbing during the transaction and it was taking long. I witnessed the mgr not even look to see how the transaction at that register was going. To make matters worst I asked the mgr to complete my transaction and his reply was "the exchanges are done over there, I am not on register". I needed to see this through b/c I know what should happen. I told the cashier I was doing an exchange for an item purchased online and have my order #. She took the transaction as a return without an invoice (wow!) . Then I had to pay a difference and wait for the same mgr to enter an approval code. Never did the mgr ask or look at the transaction. I made an exchang for the same item and color in an upper size and yet there is difference to pay ? That would have rung an alarm to me... I been waiting retail at an executive level for 17 years and it kills when mgrs or employees do not have the critical mind set of ... when you work at a store and put on the uniform representing that brand , you must be able to play every position on the sales floor at all times. Your title means nothing ... what the customer needs is everything. As a mgr you never leave a team member alone until they are 100% able to understand and achieve...
Read moreBrought my bike to their bike department to have my wheels replaced. It's been TWO MONTHS and my bike isn't fixed. I had to call there 4 or 5 times to FINALLY get a manager that knows what's going on with my bike to tell me something. After reps kept telling me someone would call me back. I never received that phone call, no voice message, nothing!
The manager told me the bike manufacturer no longer makes the parts for my bike and they don't know when they will be made. Okay sucks but understandable, but for them not to tell me that for TWO MONTHS is ridiculous! And then had the nerve to tell me they have been trying to get in contact with me! Liars! Because my contact number is correct on the receipt and bike repair slip they personally wrote and gave me when I brought my bike in. And every time I called I would have to speak to 2 or 3 people because they couldn't even find my bike!! I wish I could...
Read moreI came in with my road bike that needed a new inner tube, or so I thought. They had one installed for $22 within 20 minutes, and I left for my afternoon ride. By the time I reached my destination, the tube was deflated again.
I revisited the store exactly a week later, where I was met with someone different than the person who handled my request. They said that the tube wasn't the problem, but the issue lay in the dry rotted tires. The employee did not mention any kind of reimbursement and the whole conversation felt cold and unhelpful. Even though the previous employee should have warned me regarding the dry rotted tires, since they have significantly more experience in dealing with bikes and are professionals, they didn't.
If you would like to get a bike problem fixed here, I would recommend you to know exactly what problem your bike has before blindly placing your trust...
