I received a notice that I needed to pick up a package at this UPS location. I came in the next day, and was brushed off by an employee. She was on the phone with someone else while talking to me, implied that the package was probably being re-delivered already anyway, and after asking me to “stick around” (I assumed to wait until she got off the phone) she called for the next customer and completely ignored me. After 24 hours my package was still not delivered, so I filed a package re-delivery request on the UPS website as directed. It is now over a week later and I have received no updates or information about my package. I have called UPS four times, visited my local UPS store twice, and attempted to contact the original shipper all with no luck. I’ve been told I need to pick up a package, was ignored when I tried to do so, and followed the directions on UPS to have my package delivered, only to learn that even without notifying me my package is now considered “lost.” I am unable to file a claim online, over the phone, or in person. This feels like a system designed perfectly for UPS to steal packages with absolutely no consequences. At this point I don’t even care if I get my package or not, if a refund is all I can get that's fine. But I will not let this go and I will not be easy to steal from. Read moreHello , it really makes me sad to hear all the bad experiences people have had at our store. Iam currently employed here and try to meet and exceed the needs of or customers . I know for some the taping fee may be ridiculous , and 3$ for one box is not heard of our taping fee is .50 cents a box a joke for some however if you would look at it from a business stand point you would understand a case of tape is near 90.00 not many rolls in a case . On average we receive 100-150 drop offs a day not really alot but imagine if we had to tape all of them for free . I wouldn't mind this at all it's my pleasure however I am a single mother and one day would like to make a little more money and if we are going to be giving tape away that's taking money from the business . My last and final experience an employee named Sarah told me they could laminate something very important to me. Than afterward told me to return 3 different times to the store to pick it up and each time it was NOT ready. To make things even better they actually got my item stuck in their machine and damaged it a bit. I was beyond furious because I waited almost 24 hours just to receive my order incomplete and damaged. So I just took my order to the La Verne store and they completed it in less than 10 minutes perfectly. I would rather drive out of my way to get better service. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND EVERYONE I KNOW AGAINST IT.
