Waffle House — Restaurant in Clarkston

I’ve never experienced such horrible service in my 34years of living. There was one lady and 2 guys working and it wasn’t many ppl in there, I was the 3rd person at a table. Nobody greeted me so I just stood there. Then I just sat down and noticed this lady came in about 5 minutes after me, they greeted her and took her order. So I said, I was here before her and you greeted her and took her order? Then they said ma’am I apologize I seen you but I thought maybe somebody else was taking care of you. I’m like how? Then my food comes out in a Togo ware. I asked why is my order in a Togo ware and everybody else food is on a plate? She said I didn’t know you was eating in. I asked her why didn’t you ask? Then my eggs had cheese on it. I stated to her I don’t like cheese and you have them in my eggs. She didn’t ask to remake my food or discount my order. My friend placed a call in order so I asked them did the order come through yet twice, she said no. Then all of a sudden the cook come from the back and said yeah the order did come through. Usually I have no complaints at this location (store# 1700), Wenifer was doing way too much this morning but yet, NOT WORKING! She really need to work at night when they’re just taking to go orders so she doesn’t have an audience to perform for. She went in on this customer and made a whole scene the entire time I was in there (she just wouldn’t let it go) then refused to wait on him (which I can understand if he said something offensive). One of the male workers had already taken over helping the customer but she went on and on which was so unprofessional and annoying at that point, not to mentioned the guy had already apologized several times. She also needed to refund me for an over charge but took a minute standing there insulting a female coworker telling her if she wasn’t sure to stop talking (how rude). And instead of my refund she was trying to talk me in to getting something else….WTH. Then after cashing me out she selected the 5 star experience…no ma’am it was not 5 stars today! I came in a hour and 10 minutes before work and ended up with 20 minutes to get to work...

waffle house 1700 I have always tip my server but this time i refuse to do it. The fact that I had to clean the booth. Queen, my server apparently assume that i wanted to be seated but i was waiting for a clean booth. There were two other servers,Tasha, who just looked around and the other server who played music. I don't think it's asking for too much to expect the tables and booth to be wiped down after each customer leaves. There was a couple that arrived after us who didn't mind having to wipe down the booth before he let his lady friend sit down but that should not be the norm especially since it wasn't busy. I hope Queen enjoyed her 2 dollar tip from him because I would have left at least a 5 dollar tip maybe next time. I'll just go to the other one near Rockbridge Rd and Memorial.
