Rainbow Shops — Local services in Clarkston

This took place two weeks ago Out of any Rainbow that I've gone to, even IN OTHER STATES, this by far was the worst one. The manager was extremely rude when addressing a refund and she had no idea if I was processing an exchange and/or refund. I had to address her with some volume without cursing and set things straight upon her poor accusations without knowing my means as a customer. Maybe at the end when I did make exchanges she realized what she did was wrong and/or understood she met her match as she was calm as ever when she had to address my purchase but this location will be the 1st and last of getting...

First of all I came to door at 5:45 the employee locked the door when she saw me getting out of my car with my bag. A customer walked out so I walked in and the employee didn’t want to do my return saying they were closing because the other employee husband was outside to pick her up and she leaving out at the same time. The employee went as far as to calling me a bitch… I will never shop at this store again customer service is horrible and remind the sign on their door say they close at 6 and online also state...

Both Rainbows by me are just horrible. Those stores would include Covington Hwy and Stonecrest Mall. I walk in here and I feel like I'm in a mall.
