They were horrible. One female waitress was loud and cussing no respect for customers. My waiter was cosigning on her language and he took our orders then left to walk to the gas station next door with another worker. We ordered the Colorado omelette with bacon and sausage bell peppers onions cheese added spinach with salsa and 3 buttermilk pancakes and coffee.Well the coffee was warm not hot and when our food arrived we started to eat and noticed that the omelette was missing key ingredient like onions bell peppers salsa. But our waiter was at the gas station. The young woman that was using foul language was waved over to let the cook know he messed our orders up. She went to the kitchen to tell the cook to saute some onions and bell peppers. Finally our waiter came back because she went next door and got him. He came over from the kitchen with the sauted onions and bell peppers. Mind you he just walked in from next door and didn't wash his hands before he touched the food and I still didn't get our salsa. My husband told them don't worry about correcting his order. While finishing my food a roach crawl up the booth wall next to me. I looked and shook my head try to kill it with a napkin after it crawl on our table but couldn't catch. I told the waiter they had roaches and it crawled out while he was standing there and he asked me for a napkin and killed it right there in front of us and apologize but still didn't wash his hands. My husband asked for the receipt and gave him a three dollar tip. When we went to pay for the food the same waiter said the register was slow and took our money and pull out a wad of money from his apron and gave us change and no receipt so we could do the survey. Talk about lousy service with lazy workers. This was two nights ago after 11 pm. Do not go there. I know he...
Read moreCustomer service was horrible, the waiter was rude as well as the host at the front waiting to be seated. I asked the hosted how long was the wait and he said he didn't know which was very disrespectful. Also we had the waiter by the name of IMANI who was very rude, unprofessional, didn't speak, didn't communicate, she didn't do anything !!!!!!! I complained about my food my egg white omelette were burnt she instantly got an attitude and asked me how would I like my eggs ??????? After we waited for 30 minutes !!!!!!! For our food !!!! Like that doesn't make any sense.... that was a dumb question! So she took my food away not only was my food a disgrace my grandmother food was cold and the butter wouldn't even melt on her pancake! That's ridiculous ! I had to ask another server to get a manager because it was ridiculous. However, the manager was very nice !!!!!!! I truly appreciated her for everything that she did for us ! But sadly because of her servers, and waitress are horrible because I will never eat at this location again!!!!!!!!! If it wasn't for my grandmother I wouldn't have left her a tip she didn't deserve it at all ! I'm huge on customer service and if I'm paying for something I expect exceptional customer service! She didn't ask me if we were ready to pay our bill, if we needed anything, if we needed a refill, utensils, dry our table off, any necessities or anything... my grandmother gave her $3.00... I wanted to give her $0.00!!!! I complained to the manager and told her, attitude is nasty and she wouldn't work for me ! And I will...
Read moreListen, I live in the neighborhood, so I’ve been to this IHOP before, and so surprised at the service today. Nonetheless, it’s Christmas Day, and my daughter and I, went to breakfast as a part of our traditional ritual for Christmas. I wasn’t looking for any specials, but over heard the waitress at the table next to us tell the lady that there were no specials, since today is Christmas, and the lady didn’t like it, since the special was plastered/advertised on the front of the window. Now, me being a patron was a bit thrown off when our waitress approached our table to assist us, just from over hearing the conversation, but again I didn’t come for any specials, and our waitress didn’t mention it, so we proceeded to order. It was, however; a little disturbing of the fact. Moreover, our food was not up to par and our hash browns were burnt and hard. We did eat what we could eat, did not complain at the time, but requested better hash browns at cash out; which were much better. My real issue here is that good service is being lost due to the economy and it’s hard for us all. If, I’m going to pay to go out to eat, no matter the neighborhood, I want to be treated accordingly, and not made to feel that because I’m in a certain neighborhood, that good service can be turned on or turned off at will, and not honor what you as a business decides to advertise, especially on Christmas, my God! And, I still tipped $10 for a $30 meal. The best part of the service to be honest, was the waitress, Sabrina, she was...
