Looking for a job?! Look everywhere else BUT here! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, Jeremy, The OWNER has this lady “Debi” managing the store, she play cool with you until you do some that’s gone make her mad. She’s a kid, if something doesn’t go her way she wanna talk to you crazy, cuss at you, etc etc, Because she’s been at touchdown the longest, Jeremy wouldn’t care to even ask what’s wrong?! She wrongfully terminate people, they fired me Monday June 23rd never told me WHY, but she mentioned the reason to another co worker, I asked for my separation notice she said it’ll be mailed.. JEREMY THAT’S NOT the correct way of letting someone go, I didn’t get any write ups, & I was still in my 30’day probation!!! I got hired may 29th & got let go June 23rd.. 12 hour shifts.. only 1 30 min break?! Can’t be on our phones not even a peak, if we in the restroom it can’t be long I mean I can be doing number 2 then what?!, although it’s discounted food WE STILL GOTTA PAY, like damn we not worth 6 pieces of chicken?! But the cooks back there can mess up as many times but still have a job, be on they phone I mean watching soccer games, listening to music, on the phone with they family. Debi is off every weekend & from my understanding been off every weekend for 3 years she’s been there, I’m confused on why can’t she work weekends, I mean you’re a manager your job is to fill in when others can’t or need that time off, or am I wrong?! When you give someone a schedule you don't hire someone new & say “okay well I’ll place you here & I’ll move the people I already had scheduled there” NO MA’AM WE DONT GET PAID IN CASH, SO TREAT THIS LIKE A REAL BUSINESS; KROGER, WALMART OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS WOULDN'T DO that! They made me come in second shift on Monday, waited until midday to reach out to me to tell me some BS Tuesday on my off day, when they been knew all of that MONDAY!! This job is not for adults who need real money to pay bills, the customers are RUDE, the homeless people take your tips & Jeremy nor Debi is gonna reimburse you for the stolen tips that you worked hard for, let alone they pay you so little but expect you to bend your back & no matter if you do you’re still not...

At 8pm today walked up to the young lady working the register to the far left and very simply asked is their extra hot flavor extra hot, or is it extra sauce (because of course many wing places do that). Her response was look at the menu. I assumed she didn’t hear me correctly so I literally asked 3 more times. Each time her response was look at the menu. OBVIOUSLY I looked at the menu to order!!! When I noticed she was intentionally being a itc I walked to the next register and waited in line AGAIN. I literally asked the other young lady the same question. Read moreTouchdown wings usually have good food and service, but this Memorial Drive location was the worst. I called in my order to pick it up within 10 minutes of my arrival. I was given a ticket number to pay upon arrival. Once I got there I paid for my order and sat and waited. It took 35 minutes from the time I placed my order to receive my order. I kept checking on my order and the female manager kept advising me it was on the way. Once I got my order I asked the manager why did it take so long and she advised that they don't cook or make the order until it is paid for. Not one time was I told over the phone that it wouldn't be cooked until I paid and I shared how I felt about the long wait time from when I placed my order. The manager did not care and had a very nasty attitude towards me as a customer because I asked for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. She was very unprofessional and mean spirited.
