Wings 2 Go (Halal Kitchen) — Restaurant in Georgia

I recently visited Wing 2GO and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and were so helpful in guiding me through their menu. They even took the time to explain their different flavors and suggested some great combos based on what I was in the mood for.

As for the wings—wow! The flavor was incredible. I tried a mix of their signature buffalo and honey BBQ wings, and each bite was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice and sweetness. The wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and so tender. You can tell they really take the time to make each order fresh!

The best part? The prices are super affordable! For the quality and taste, I couldn’t believe how reasonably priced everything was. It's rare to find such great food, service, and value all in one place.

Since new ownership has taken over, this place has not been the same. I know the economy isn’t great, but it surely doesn’t merit the types of price hikes that have taken place within the last year.

I used to be able to get a 10 piece wing combo with fries and a canned drink for $9.99. The price is now $13.99, a nearly 40% increase. Extra ranch was $.50. That is now $.75 each, a 50% mark up.

In addition, there are no longer canned drink options. I attempted to call in an order today and after the order was taken, I was informed that they would not prepare the order until I arrived with payment which completely defeats the purpose of calling an order in.

Overall, the food is still fine. It’s tough to mess up wings and fries. The price, however, which lends to a cash grab (as there is no noticeable improvement of the product or space given the increases), removal or canned drinks, and change to to-go process, customer satisfaction is way down. Travelled from London to Atlanta for a family holiday, was trying to look for some halal places as the options are quite limited there, coming from london where you can find halal places at every corner and the flavours don’t lack it was hard finding a place that matches to London restaurants.
