I always have the worst experience at this Taco Bell. I understand it’s a fast food job but please hire people who actually can fulfill the tasks when at work. Tonight I arrived to Taco Bell at 10pm & didn’t place my order until 10:39 and didn’t get my food until 11:25pm. Let me break this down. I walked in and it was 6 customers already inside waiting. One customer was waiting for 45 minutes when I walked in. There was only one employee I think named shamal cleaning the store (because it was FILITHY) doing his job. He said he was only a custodian. Probably 10 mins of me being inside talking with the other guest, the store manage Mrs. lemon comes in & she is asking where is everyone at. there was 3 tacos half way made & she came in & threw them away cause they was sitting out for im assuming a decent amount of time. I’m not sure why a employee would start a taco and not Complete the order. Why wouldn’t you clear the store first & do the job you applied for & was hired to do. Anywho, Probably 15-20 mins after she walks in the assistant manager with the red hair & bad attitude comes inside being rude to shamal. They briefly started to argue even though the young lady was wrong, high & lazy. Next the other 2 employees walk in. They all smelled like herbs ;) the fact that everyone was in their car & not paying attention to the door, is a major problem. Customers have been walking in & out the restaurant & no one who is on the clock was paying attention, acknowledging or even caring that they are at work & people are lining up inside getting angry lol. No one was accommodated with anything for the wait the employees had us endure. I’m pretty sure the wait time for all the orders between 9:30-11:30 has all been on a 30+ min fulfillment time. Fast forward to me getting my food after what felt like forever (at least an hour) I asked one gentleman for his name & the name of his colleagues. He proceeded to give me a list of excuses: “I’m not even on the clock, this not my store, they just called me to help, I was supposed to been gone” each one contradicting the next one lol. I ask him to speak to the manager. Here comes forth the red head lady with the bad attitude. I ask her for her name & state that I am going to leave a review because everything that has been displayed tonight has been unacceptable. She then says “I’m not doing that” walks away……. THIS IS THE MANAGER YALL HIRE????? Granted she’s the assistant manager but as such her job is to be the store manager when she is not around. 2nd in command. Mrs. Lemon, the store manager, was in the back pushing out orders & the LEAST red head bad attitude lady could of done was attempt to de-escalate a situation she initially had full control over & could of avoided in the first place. she walks out. I guess she preferred to quit before she got fired because she is obviously unfit for the role. Later Mrs. Lemon comes out to talk to me & express her apologies for the terrible service I experienced & definitely does a good job de-escalating & providing me with information I need to reach a solution. This is not my business but I have been district manager over multiple Tmobile stores so I know how to run a business. It starts from the top & enforcing rules and disciplinary actions for those who do not adhere it them. It should be NO reason why anyone is chilling in their car for 30+ mins & they not clocked out on break. Especially the whole store. I doubt the whole store was on break at the same time. Read moreLast night at 10:52pm, my son got food for me because I’m sick & didn’t feel up to cooking. He asked for a Black Bean Burrito & a Potato Soft Taco. The first thing is the receipt reads 2 Beef Soft Taco with a substitute for the beef. Why is that when it could’ve just been keyed in correctly? Secondly, when I opened the bag to check my food what I actually got was a burrito tortilla with no rice, a little cheese, very little lettuce, less than a spoonful of beans & mostly the bean gravy. Also, there was no lettuce in the Potato Taco & most of the potatoes were overcooked & too hard to chew. (I ended up throwing away at least half of the potatoes & adding my own lettuce, cheese & tomato to it but forgot to take photos) Lastly, he was definitely overcharged because the Soft Potato is a different price than a Beef Taco. Another reason why it needs to be keyed in correctly. (Also he would never order that even with a sub, because I don’t eat meat & there have been previous mistakes) We haven’t been to this location in a long time & this experience sucked! Definitely not the level of service we were getting before. It’s bad enough that it took 15 minutes, but then on top of it bad food on a simple order?! Wasted time, wasted money AND I ended up getting my sick self out of bed & making my own meal anyway. I want my order replaced & prepared the right way, but honestly I don’t trust them not to do something to the food. I also filled out a Taco Bell online survey. I want to be contacted about how to make this right!

Read moreI’ve tried way too many times with this specific Taco Bell my last time! When it comes to making an order they have you repeated three or four times for them still to serve you the wrong thing-I say no sour cream and no guacamole and they throw more on😭 so frustrating when all you want do is grab something quick to eat and go home after pulling 14 hours-after sitting at home, trying to scrape off the sour cream and noticed that they put extra sour cream on there. I took my food back up there. Thought I had the right to as I’m explaining that my order is completely wrong. They assure me they’re going make the right thing. OK I get the Cantina bowl now. The first time I ordered it you didn’t have none of that zesty sauce on there now all of a sudden you want to put the avocado zesty on there. Needless to say I was told he could make it in three seconds. It didn’t happen so I left with no food and no refund🤬 and to anyone that decides that fast food is their career choice be the best of what you do take pride in your job, have enthusiasm to get your job completed correctly.
And here’s the inconsistency with this location I just got the same thing on Monday made perfectly and ironically, I didn’t tell them I didn’t want any avocado zesty sauce, because it was my first time trying it on Monday on the phone with my best friend who loves them, there was no sauce on it.
