Terrible. Terrible salon. Been there twice and the first time was okay. But the second time was terrible. I showed the lady a photo of how I wanted my nails. they were light purple ombre coffin nails very simple. my nails were already expensive because i was getting a pedicure and long nails with shape. I continued to show the lady the photo and explain that I want ombré nails in light purple, exactly like the picture. For some reason she couldn’t understand she started talking bout clear or pink and white ombré, when i did not mention nor ask for none of this. I simply told her I want my hands exactly like the photo. She made it seem like she comprehended. I was getting my hands and toes done at the same time I told her that I wanted my toes the same color as my hands. She lets me choose the purple. They paint my toes. She starts putting acrylic on my nails. I ask her why did she do that and I told her what I wanted. Showed her exactly what I wanted and still sat there for almost 2hrs not to get anything near that. I dont know if she was being lazy or genuinely did not know, which i do not believe because I showed her my photo several times and even told her what to use. Because of her trying to make suggestions and ASSUMING what to do I had to pay $90 for something I did not even like or want. Its ridiculous! Then everytime I have a problem in the salon, no one wants to admit to being the manager, no one knows who the manager is, no one knows the name of the manager, where they are, if they are girl or boy. Just “they come in tomorrow”.... And this is a common thing in these nail salons... No management? Or no one wants to admit to being the manager so no one can argue price or ask for refunds. So no one can take ownership.... Smh get you an actual nail tech and stop going to these hole in the wall Asian...

If I could I would give them no stars my reason is I went on may 26 a day 2018 and I had a very bad experience here I also witness another customer having a bad experience here they were very rude to both of them women they messed up on ones paint job and they didn’t want to do anything about it the only think they had to say was okay it was a guy not for sure what his name was. They other women that was with here came in a few minutes after the left the nail salon and she was telling them how her nail paint wasn’t done correctly. She talked to a man at the desk he said he was the manager and she was telling him how her paint was done very well and he was saying that he could have the paint done over and she was saying she was having to leave so he said okay she could come back another day when she had time and she was okay with that so she asked him if he needed her info so when she can back in he knew who she was and he very rude and loudly said to her face the he didn’t care who she was. Like a nice women would do she kindly said okay and walked out the door. Hopefully she wouldn’t go back they because would probably mess up on her nails again. As of my experience when I started getting my names done my the women ( Kim) it seem like she didn’t know what the HELL she was doing I was talking on the phone and she rudly jurked my arm and made me drop my phone and she didn’t even bother to say sorry she could at least said excuse and I could’ve moved my arm for her. Also when she was doing my nail she put glue in my middle finger nail for who knows what reason and her finger literally got glued to my finger and she seriously ripped her finger off of mine. So my tome there was the WORST salon I have ever been to. So save yourself and...

I wanted to give this salon a fair shot so I went twice before making this review.

On my first visit the nail tech had the drill speed set so high I was afraid that it they slipped it would take the skin off my finger but I chalked it up to it being an hour before close and the salon was packed so I figured they were just trying to get people out. They only other thing with the first visit I wasn’t happy about was the gel color and the non gel color didn’t match despite having the same number so my nail and toes didn’t match because they literally couldn’t find it.

My second visit was so uncomfortable I left without even so much as a clear coat. Yet again the drill was set to max but this time I was burned. I went in for a fill in and with the drill at max the tech used it on my natural nail! It was so painful I kept moving my hand which seemed to annoying the tech but he never decreased the speed of the drill. Once the acrylic was laid I tried to leave because I was so uncomfortable, the front desk clerk insisted that I at least allow the tech to smooth out the acrylic and tighten up the shape. The overall shape and look of the set are nice but it’s been over two hours since I left the shop and my fingernails are tinder to the touch. I also have some cuts around nail I know this because I put hand sanitizer on when I left and around a few of my nail it started to burn. To add the cherry on top of this experience the shop was not busy so there really wasn’t a need for the tech to rush in the manner that he did.

They tell you to relax and even get a little annoyed when you don’t but they are literally putting you in harms way. I will never visit this shop again or refer anyone here not even in a case of...
