I took my google pixel 7 pro in because of a black spot underneath my screen that made the bottom half of my phone unusable. I got it back the same day. This CPR is contracted through an electronic shop so I ended up paying Cashapp because Kyle was not there to actually accept the payment. Kyle told me to give him a call if I had any issues. 5 days later the black spot came back in the same spot. My phone had already started to come back in the same spot. My phone is already glitching so it was a struggle to even get to my contacts. I finally get there and my phone calls Kyle immediately by itself. He answers but has no recollection of the phone so he tells me to send him pictures of my phone. Thankfully I had someone with me so I could even do that. He sends a voice note explaining its an LED issue and that because of the nature of the damage I must have dropped my phone and he would have to charge me again. Then he unsends the voice note after it had been read. I have not dropped my phone or had any damage on it. It’s in a otter box. When I asked for an itemized receipt for what was done to my phone he put me on hold to take and finish another call. When he came back, he said “bottom line I gave you the phone and it was fine. I can’t speak on what happens in a week”
There is absolutely no physical damage on the outside of this phone. I’ve already paid $265 for the issue only to be hidden...
Read morePoor customer service and highly HIGHLY overpriced items. They’ll buy yours for 1/4 the price and sell it for close to retail. Lowball us so they can make a profit. I get the business, but they robbing people. Selling used items and charging what you would if they were new. Love a black owned business but we are always the ones doing too much. Smh. You’ll get a better deal at a pawn shop or another electronic store. Trust me. There’s plenty of em.
So this is a reply to yours; you just have the wrong customer because I NEVER, and I mean NEVER came in to sell you guys a ps4. This also lets me know you guys either aren’t on the same page or, information is not being conveyed properly. I came in to look and BUY a ps5 and possibly a screen for my desktop computer. I have no knowledge of a ps4 with roaches. Nice try tho. I didn’t lose a job I was looking to purchase more items for what I have at home already and build on my home studio. The heartache ?? Lol. I think I was more annoyed than hurt but I can’t speak for the lack of customer intelligence and reading a room. We can sure possibly do business but next time around I hope I’m not charged “BRAND NEW prices for items I can find for $300-$400 instead of your $500+. That was my point. You guys over charge. You’re low balling people to make your own profit. Keep the gift card, you guys would do better selling it, or keeping in for...
Read moreSo far I’ve had 2 good experiences here. I purchase an Ipad for my daughter last year, shopped around and found the best price here. Last week my Fitbit went out and I decided to switch to Apple Watch. Shopped around and again very competitive prices. On top of the prices, they were also able to help me decide which which apple watch was best for me. They had plenty of options. Nice people, great...
