My family has been loyal Hallmark shoppers for over 40 years. I love and cherish each and every employee in this store. My shock and disappointmrnt is with the STORE OWNER. I was extremely shocked and saddened by the hypocrisy. They advertise holidays snd special occasions. Offer sales to bring in customers. Yet......display nothing but corporate greed. I took my grandson to trick or treat in the mall due to threat of horrid weather conditions. To my shock and dismay....Amy's Hallmark was NOT PARTICIPATING. My grandson wanted a stuffed snowman I refused to buy. Just this season alone....my mother and I spent close to 2000$ and a holiday store could not be considerate to loyal customers. I Will definitely think twice about my online purchases being shipped to the store for them to get the credit. I may even begin just shopping online directly. I was seriously appalled at this. A holiday store. Just flat out GREED and I was offended and felt nothing but disrespect. Don't try a liability excuse. People tend to bring their children for the safety. Read moreThis is not a store that caters to minorities. My daughter had a very negative experience yesterday, June 22, looking for a gift /card for my birthday. They didn’t speak when she entered the store, only stared. Two white women entered shortly after, and were greeted and waited on immediately. Meanwhile my daughter was still needing help. She went to the register and a heavy set white lady then said to her “ You’re not looking for anything, are you?”… Wow Hallmark! Shame on you! Do better! This is unacceptable behavior! Your uneducated staff clearly need more training on diversity or better yet, a good dose of love!!! If this is what your establishment stand for, we want no part of it! Read moreI walked in wanting to buy something that had bees on it. I was totally lost. Rachel showed me around the store, she was very knowledgeable. Rachel even found 4 cards that had bees on them. I bought this one gnome that had bees around the head. Two bees had their wings broken. I didn't notice it when I brought it, and brought it back in the next day. Rachel looked in her computer and found out a store in Franklin that had one and she was able to get it to me the next day. This is a type of employee you want to keep. This is the type of employee you want training other employees on customer service. This is why I'll keep coming back...
