Based off the other reviews, I must have the worst luck ever! My family and I have visited this location twice and both times, there were only about 5 options. Both times, about 6+ machines are either empty (new flavor coming soon) or the machines read error and the froyo is either liquid or the machine isn't stirring or dispensing it. Our most recent visit, we kindly informed the young lady of 2 machines reading error and then within 30 seconds another 2 machines reading error (leaving us with only 2 options) & she just rudely stated "I can't control the machines". The young girl behind the counter looked like I was really bothering her when we walked in. There wasn't anyone else in there besides us, so I'm not sure why she was so upset. She didn't say welcome or hi or explain anything. I had to initiate the conversation and ask her how it worked (not that it's really hard to figure out). But I did ask to find out if it was by weight or by topping. I can't give this establishment more than a three stars for that reason. Read moreI rarely leave negative reviews, but this place really disappointed me. The bathroom was disgusting — clearly not cleaned in a long time. The toilet seat was broken and covered in what looked like mold from lack of cleaning.
The doors near the yogurt machines had black buildup on the lower parts, almost like mold. There were old, spilled toppings on the counter that looked like they had been there for a while, and the front windows were greasy and dirty.
It honestly makes me question the hygiene of the whole place. If the things that are right in front of customers are this dirty, I can’t even imagine what the inside of the machines must look like. Cleanliness does not seem to be a priority here — I won’t be...
