First visit.

Ordered the blended medium caffe mocha with heavy whip cream, chocolate drizzle, and powdered cinnamon sprinkled on top.

The drink was good, but here is a heads up to those that like whip cream on their drink.

They have a sign posted at the order counter that explains “Due to the increasing cost of heavy whip, beginning March 7th all whipped cream on drinks will require an additional charge. We apologize for the inconvenience.”

Per the menu, the cost of whip cream is $1.25. Ouch.

To be fair, the drink was good. I was satisfied with how it was presented and tasted. It was smooth, a tad sweeter than I would have preferred, but not too sweet to make the drink unpalatable. The medium size blended comes with two shots of espresso, which was plenty coffee for me.

But, IMO, the cost is on the high side. Total was $7.34.

Speaking from a customers perspective, I know I can get a comparable beverage at Starbucks for $5.25. That’s a 30% discount, and a hard sell for me going forward. Just being honest.

I will complement the coffee shop on the atmosphere. First coffee shop I’ve been to in a while that didn’t have any music playing in the background. I can’t express enough how much I appreciated the absence of noise in this cafe. Of course, notwithstanding the harsh sound of blenders crushing ice, but that’s almost everywhere.

For seating, there are 4 booths that can comfortably seat 4 adults. The booths were actually comfy, and a good space to layout a laptop or simply read.

There is also some high counter seating along the glass windows at the entrance.

Aside from that, the baristas were friendly, albeit a little backed up, but they did apologize for the wait.

All in all, glad I gave Lasters a try.

If you’re looking for a good drink in a relatively quiet cafe, where you’ll have booth seating that accommodates work/studying needs, this could be your next discovery.

Oh, last helpful mention. They do have a covered drive-thru. So rain or shine you can get...

My experience here was so strange I’m afraid to come back. I placed my order first I hand my money to the lady at the register.when she provide with my change she laid my change directly onto the counter. I ask politely would she mind handing it to me. She did . 3 guys order after me and were provided with their order as well as the cars in drive thru . I didn’t say anything because I wanted to see how long this would go on . After 15 mins went by one lady with glasses state she apologized additional 10mins went by , By then I had no time to eat before physical therapy appointment I arrived before 10:30a and pretty much spent my entire spare time waiting on breakfast sandwich and smoothie. All I received from them is I’m sorry there was mix up . There was lack of empathy as first time customer I’m disappointed in how I was treated overall as a first...

Update at the bottom: I get Lasaters at least 3 times a week and after today I will no longer get it at the Wilma location. This is the 4th time in a row I have gotten coffee at this location and it’s been awful. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because prior to the last month I never had an issue and I have only had wonderful coffee at the one off riverside and tiny town. Here’s a picture of my coffee today- pretty sure there’s no coffee in it, it taste like watered down milk. Edit: Today, one day after my review, the company reached out to me to ask more questions about my experience so they could retrain employees on staff, they also refunded my money for the coffee. Nicole was very pleasant to talk to and you could tell she truly just wants what is best for...

After dozens of trips to all of the Clarksville locations, I've never once had a single complaint about the quality, price, or customer service of any Lasaters. My only complaint would be that they aren't nationwide yet! That being said, this specific location is my personal favorite. It's very cozy, dimly lit, and as always, the quality, speed, and staff are always commendable. I'll never go to another coffee shop as long as I'm in Clarksville. They also have a small selection of gifts to buy such as Lasaters mugs, gift cards, bagged coffee and teas, etc...
