If you start off in the very beginning when I first met the salesman, I was lied too from the very beginning. Even when I kept in contact with the salesman about me getting my Ley Lines marked, my electric marked, and everything that I was supposed to do on my end completed, I was still getting lied too by the salesman. He even sent me an invoice on what the total cost of my pool would be. So with me having the invoice in hand and getting my lines marked, I went to go pay for the pool and lo and behold at the last minute they were out of stock. Come to find out they were out of stock of this particular pool 4 days prior to me even talking to the salesman. So in return he tried to sell me a pool that was out of stock and then a smaller pool that cost more. When I asked him why I would buy a smaller pool at a greater cost he proceeded to make excuses on why the smaller pool was better. When he realize that that didnât appease me, he stated that I should call Cincinnati to try to buy one from them. When I called Cincinnati they stated to me that they had a agreement that theyâre not allowed to sell pools out of the area. When he found out that wouldnât work he tried to sell me the display at the same cost of a brand new one that they had set up at the store!!!!!
So I finally called up to the Clarkesville store to find out what was going on and talk to a different salesman who proceeded to tell me that everything out of that manâs mouth from the get-go was all a lie. From him telling me the pool was in stock to him telling me the install date, all of it was a lie. The only reason why I purchased a pool from this company Is the fact that the sales woman that I talked to and basically went off on miraculously found the pool I wanted within the company, gave me a first responder discount and worked hard for me and didnât lie about what needed to be done. Iâm still upset at the fact that no oneâs called me and apologize about hers had happened except the sales woman or even to tell me thank you for the purchase of the pool except the sales woman. I believe a company ran like this with people that lied to you face-to-face is a detriment to small business community. Me being a small business owner myself I donât make it a habit or even a point to lie to any one of my customers. I think you seriously need to look inward at your staff and figure out why this even happened and do something about it. Even though I purchased a pool from your company I will spread the word about what happened and caution anyone who ever tries to buy anything from you guys to take it slowly and make sure that they are not lie to. Now I know whoever reads this is just gonna hit delete and will care because I know when it comes to business in society today they donât care because they already have your money. I just hope I never have an issue with my pool and have to deal with the warranty because this is what I get and then itâs gonna be horrible. So thatâs my two cents I can keep going but Iâm not going to because I know itâs not...
Read moreI'm so agrivated I'll never buy anything from watsons again. Not even the smallest of things. Purchased a pool from their Clarksville store over two months ago. It was just installed two weeks ago. The installers had to wait on a pump because it was never delivered with the pool stuff. After it was up, I had to put the ladder together, which is no big deal, except they didn't deliver the stairs that go in the pool. Called them on a Friday morning because they were already closed that Thursday evening. Right off I was treated like I was lying. Very rude customer service. There were several other items missing also. Finally they said they would deliver them out that day. I get home that night and nothing was delivered. I called right away and the person on the phone said he was there and took a picture of what I had and my steps were already there. I asked if he used a cell phone. He said yes. I told him he must have been to the wrong house, send me a pic to my cell phone to prove it. I never got the pic. So, I called back and again I was treated like I was lying. Finally a manager or owner got on the phone. I had to explain everything to him. He said he'd get it straighten out. I said I'd come pick up the steps and other products myself if it would be easier. I also said that I wish he'd come out here himself to see that I don't have everything. They were getting ready to close so they asked if I'd pick up the steps the next day on Saturday. So I did. I picked up everything got home and started putting together the the ladder and steps. I found not everything was there. I was so mad I said forget it and rigged what I had to get by. After all that, we finally got in the pool. We noticed divots in the bottom of the pool like foot prints at first. Then more started appearing in a short time. Then the pool began to leak water. A hose that was installed busted which they did replace. I called the installer and told him about the divots and right away he said that was crawdads and he noticed I had a crawdad problem when he installed the pool. And the only way to fix it is to take the pool back down, put in a concrete pad, replace the liner because it's ruined. I told him I wished he would had told me before he installed the pool. That way I could have made arrangements to take care of this problem. Now it's two weeks later, I spent over 5000 dollars on this pool and am looking at spending another 2000 or more to take the pool back down completely and put back up. Of course Watsons are not doing anything to help out. Never buy from them. Read the Facebook posts people. I'm not...
Read morePurchased a sectional and had it delivered. Before I made the purchase I had the hardwood floor redone in that room. The delivery driver told me they would be there between 1 and 2 o'clock. Took a break from work and they didn't arrive until about 2:15. They set up the couch and left. I was pressed for time so I didn't check my floor or anything for scratches. Figured I didn't have to. Wasn't nothing in the room at the time besides the couch so I didn't use the room. I bought a tv and other furniture about a month later then started using the room. I then noticed that there were scratches and scuffs marks all around the couch. Called them a month later and explained my situation. Sent pics and even had someone come out and look at it. Their conclusion was I waited too long to report it. Never denied that they made the scratches. Filed a claim with BBB and their response was that I had other things going on in the room that could have causes it. I have no other scratches on my floor beside directly around my couch. They knew they were in the wrong but still found a way out of not paying for the damage they did. Don't shop here because they don't care about customes only about...
