Lewton's Sports Cards and Collectibles — Local services in Clawson

Lewton’s Sports Cards is hands down the best LCS in the Metro-Detroit area! I am somebody who has just recently gotten (back) into the hobby, and Jason makes me feel very welcomed and comfortable every time that I come in. I am sure that a lot of the questions I ask are quite beginner level and ridiculous, but he takes the time to explain and teach me more about the hobby. Not only do I leave every time with very fairly priced and quality products, but I also gain a little bit more knowledge each time I visit Lewton’s. He works super hard to have newly released product in ASAP and continues to keep it on the shelves as quickly as it comes off, and loves to see his customers get great rips. If it wasn’t for Jason and Lewton’s Sports Cards and Collectibles, I don’t think my passion for the hobby would have re-taken off as quickly as it did! If I could give more stars, I absolutely would. being relatively new to sports trading cards and looking for new places to collect players from my favorite teams, this place was the holy grail of finds.

not only are they conveniently open earlier than most locations, their bargain bins ranged from 10 cents to 10 dollars (great for my budget), and they had a depth of cards that made it an enjoyable afternoon of perusing through basketball and soccer cards.

customer service is always a plus and Jason is a very welcoming owner while making collecting cards genuinely fun for everybody and anybody. a cop came in to buy cards and i was happy to see my tax dollars go to a good cause.

The guy was very unprofessional. I was just trying to have a normal conversation about his products and asked about if he traded cards for product? An his reply was "We don't do trades but we do in-store credit" So if that doesn't show how ignorant the owner is then I can't be any clearer on that part. An he had a lot of over priced retail. An limited hobby inventory on hobby boxes. So save your money and just hit the retail stores if and buy the same products at the cheaper price.
