My son is 7 and has ADHD and doing karate has helped him so much! It has helped him become more focused and has been doing better in achool. He has been in for about a year and is doing amazing and absolutely loves it. My daughter is 3 and doing little ninjas and she absolutely loves it! She didn't want to do ballet or gymnastics all she wanted to do was karate. She gets so excited to show up and work on her moves and skills. Definitely a great place to enroll for your kids or yourself!

My son has been going to Championship Martial Arts for over 2 years. We love that it is so much more than just a Martial Arts program. They are very leadership and character building focused which was important to us when we were looking to start Martial Arts classes. The classes are always engaging and enjoyable. Their class schedule is very family friendly too!

CMA has been a game changer for my family. I have two boys enrolled, 8 and 3. Both love class and working with the instructors. Sensei Jennifer who teaches the little ninjas is incredible, she is kind and organized and the kids listen to her and have fun while learning skills and respect. But the reason we stared karate is my 8 year old, he has autism and traditional sports are not easy for him, to be honest karate isn’t “easy” either but he loves it and is able to work and learn in a group class. It has been amazing for him socially, mentally and physically. He loves karate and Sensei Nate & Jake. They are fantastic working with him and pushing him while still working to understand his differences. We love CMA and are grateful to be a party of...

This place is amazing. My child is very hyper and has a hard time focusing. I had him try other sports where he would just not be interested and not be able to focus. With karate it is very different. He enjoys going to class and is able to focus and follow along with the lessons. He feels very accomplished as he advances in rank so it warms my heart to see how proud he is. The seneis are all amazing with the kids. They take the time to greet each kid individually as they walk through the door. I also really like the monthly life lessons that they talk about. The even pass a sheet each month for the students to complete to make sure they understand the lesson of the month. They really...

I started training with CMA in 2010, and here I am 14 years later still with them. This place is great! There is an air of positivity at all four of the CMA locations: Syracuse, Kaysville, Bountiful, and Clinton. The Sensei’s are well trained and are patient with all the kids. Classes run super smooth-the kids have a lot of fun, while still being challenged to level up their skills. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to increase confidence, focus, respect, and self discipline. The self defense taught here is also very practical and the students receive personalized feedback from every single Sensei every single class they attend....
