I get starbucks here almost daily and let’s just say I have a couple of words to say. I always pre order my drinks from the app so I don’t have to wait as long. When i pick up my drinks every time it is inconsistent and it’s not a complex order. It is a venti iced blonde vanilla latte with light ice. Even though the coffee never tastes the same everytime I get it. I never ask to remake the drink. Also they never listen to the lite ice even though it says it on the directions where the name is. My biggest problem is their customer service. The employees moved the straws to where no one is able to reach to get them. I get it they are unstaffed and busy. But without fail everytime I ask for a straw I get attitude and feel disrespected. I am someone who works in healthcare, one thing I have learned is take one thing at a time & to give the best patient care I can. I’m not trying to be rude in any sort of way but seriously the employees need to work on customer service. I understand the stressful environment and being treated by not the best customers but not ONCE have I treated any of them with any disrespect to be treated this way. I still plan on getting coffee here because it’s convenient when I am on my way to work but maybe moving the straws back to where customers can reach it so no one has to ask for a straw, because the employees here avoid eye contact or rudely hand them over with not just me but other people who are asking for straws as well. I am not the type of person to leave reviews either but i’m honestly so annoyed with how me and other customers are being treated.
2.5 stars should have been a warning about this place. My mistake for giving them the benefit of the doubt. We placed a mobile order online for in store pickup. The door had a handwritten sign taped up saying that the dining room was closed and to use the drive thru. There was a long line of cars coming from multiple directions, and they didn’t seem to be moving. We placed the order which was supposed to be ready soon and had somewhere to be. I opened the door to ask them to cancel the order since we didn’t have time to wait, and the app doesn’t give you an option to cancel. They asked the name, and then begrudgingly told me to just wait inside. There were about 3-4 others who had walked from a nearby hotel, who placed orders and didn’t even have their cars to wait in a line. The whole point of the mobile order is to avoid waiting in line, because we don’t have the time. Not sure why the blonde with a pink beanie had such an attitude, when she wasn’t the one being inconvenienced. We all were. Even the one who was doing the food with a black mask was in a mood and handed the bag over like I just ran over her dog. Weird vibes all around in this place. Plus, drinks were not filled up all the way, were we shorted out of spite or does everyone need a refresher on measuring? If there were only 1-2 people working, I would understand. Read moreAs the saying goes, "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me." This is the second time going to this Starbucks and won't be going back again. The first time was a cracked cup that spilled all over us when the outer cup fell off the inner cracked cup, but this time was just poor management. I ordered on the app and went into the store pickup counter to get my drink. I waited a good 5 min before they started working on it. This person was a new employee, which I was ok with. He got the frap made and placed it in the blender and started it. Instead of finishing my drink, he started making a different order for another customer, so I waited till he was done. After that?... you guessed it, he made yet another order while mine was still waiting on the blender. He then went back to the printer to pick up yet another ticket; this is when I finally spoke up asking if he was ever going to finish my drink. This is when, what I believe was a manager started yelling at me, informing me that the employee is training and I need to be more patient. I explained that my drink was in the blender waiting to be finished while he made 2 other drinks, but the manager did not care and continued to yell at me for my impatience. I was good with the person in training and felt I was being very patient, but I was quite upset with the way I was treated as I left the place shaking.
