Crap store, crap employees, crap online store, crap customer service. I ordered something from their online store to pick up in store. I received an email saying to pick up in 2 hours once the order was processed. I figured it wouldn't take long for an order to go through so I went to the store an hour-ish later and told them i was expecting to pick up an order. They asked if I had received my "processing" email. I said "not yet." They asked on their walkies if the order had come through. At this point it had been about two hours since I purchased. I continued to look around and wait for this "processing" email. 45 minutes later I went back and asked if they had received anything. They said no. I asked if I could show them my receipt and the money taken out of my bank account with my order number and to go ahead and take the item home and process the order when it comes through. I knew they would say no to this, but it was worth a try. My complaint is that it took almost 6 hours for my purchase to reach the store. I made the purchase at 4 PM, and it went through at 10 PM. I then at 10:05 or so get a cancellation notice that my order had been canceled. I was not happy, the email said "Sorry your store is out of stock of this item." Bull, CRAP it was. I was just there and they had 10 on display. (300 pound olympic weight set) So I was kind of ticked at this point because I was missing 200 dollars from my bank account, it wouldn't get put back into my bank account for another 5 days. So the next day after work I roll up in the store to find out what's going on. First, I called their custom service hotline and talked to a person who said that the order was canceled for being out of stock. I told her I was at the store right now and was looking at the 10 items in the store, and told her they were in stock. She said "oh, well that's weird." I then saw the person I was dealing with previously, stopped him and apologized to him for yesterday as I was a little irritated with the amount of time it was taking to process an order. He said that it was okay. I asked him why my item had been canceled. He continued to say "oh! yeah, last night the manager radioed into us and said that the olympic barbell was ready. " he continued to say that the manager said "oops!, i accidentally canceled it." Let me tell you, that is NOT something you accidentally do. I work as a web developer and there are safeguards to canceling. You would of had to press cancel at least 2 or 3 times to cancel my order. I worked retail for 10 years and I know what happened. The employees said I was "rude," most likely continued to talk crap about me through their headsets while the manager listened. Then purposely canceled my order as it came through. Let me tell you that I was not rude, i was not mean, I was asking questions about the order and that was it. I went ahead and purchased the item again in the store. They brought one from out of the backroom (no stock remember?) and preceded to have no smile on their face, no courteous reaction what so ever. I even said I would wheel the set out so they didn't have too. I pulled my car up, I loaded it up, I tipped the guy 5 dollars even though he was unprofessional. And I drove away never to return. Here's the thing. These places are ran by kids. Kids these days have no regard for anyone and they don't care about the customer. The online sale should have been instant as everything is now of days. This is a terrible online store, it is a terrible store in general....

I had shoes that were not fitting well at all & had purchased past the 90 day mark &due to a surgery , having the complications of kids ,post surgery & just life overall I put off returning but it was thankfully saved in my app. Both she & her kind helpful manager tried to accommodate my return to make it as easy as possible on me, it was not only a pleasant process but they made me laugh and eased mu worries on not being able to buy the pair that were more suited to me.. They really made me feel comfortable about the whole experience & I know that itās not a common thing to return post 90 days but I spoke to corporate office that day to explain the previous bad experience I had had& whar I could do! They advised me each store is run in a different manner & dependent on your issue mine being a surgery that could be clearly seen not made up!. I didnāt have to feel like I was embarrassed about returning my barely used shoes. While when i went to Dickās in Largo previous night , Reggie at register was so sweet and did his best also to help me but as my previous post stated the manager barely let me finish a sentence & did not aknowledge or even attempt to assist. She not only was dismissive she grabbed my phone which I had allowed Reggie to assist me & I had no idea what she was doing because she told Reggie it was a no & walked away. She needs to get a retraining on customer service. He was kind & did his best to apologize for not being able To help & not to mention he spent 15-20āmins all the time with a smile.. I commend Maddie & hope this helps her in bonus or upward co management , for having such a great attitude with the way she treats people. Thank you for Going above and beyond to help me and help me get exact size and shoe I needed! 5 stars to Maddie &...

Thinking ahead about losing power, I buy a Blackstone Grill ($199.99) & 6 small propane bottles. We lost power for about 16 hours but didnāt need to use the grill. All Unopened & unused, I drove them back for return. The cashier, Brody, (who was just doing his job) informed me that the manager saw me walking in & that the propane could not be returned. There was NO notification when I bought the propane that it wasnāt returnable. No signage, nothing. This is $45 of propane that I have absolutely no use for. I know legally they included a disclaimer on the back of the receipt that gets them off the hook, but it also says you can receive a refund if you have a receipt. I saw a woman at the WaWa today gift another woman a bag of ice, they hugged afterwards. THAT is how we should be treating each other during a natural disaster, NOT LIKE DICKāS! I will never shop...
