While I haven't visited in-person, I ordered a number of items online- matching PJs for myself and my girls - fit is perfect for my kiddos! Size was a bit small for me but not uncomfortable so am keeping them. The bamboo PJs fit my kiddos perfectly. I also order some clothes for my girls and let me preface by saying I have petite children - my 6yr old can still wear some 4T items from other stores and my 1.5yr old is wearing 9m in a lot of items. I bought based on what the sizing recommendation for PJs since I didn't see a sizing chart for their shirts/shorts. The sizes were too big so I reached out to customer service to do an exchange and they were beyond helpful! They confirmed what was available for exchange, sent me a shipping label and once they received the returned items, they shipped out the replacements - all within the same 7-days. I cannot recommend this store enough! The layout of the store, gorgeous locally designed prints the quality of the products is only matched by the level of customer service! Maggie took my order over the phone and it was just amazing. She helped me put together a beautiful matching mom, dad and baby pajama and gift set.
