Store management here refused to honor a corrective action request from corporate customer service to help me through a situation where a store manager lied to me about fulfilling my order. Here’s the story. After placing an online order, (I had made 3 online purchases, received only 1), I did not receive the product on time. I called to request an update on the shipping of the product. I was called back By the store manager of a different location, who specifically told me that he was personally packing the product and overnight shipping it to me, And that he would provide a tracking number right away. The next day, that same store manager called me back, and told me my order was manually canceled. (He used his personal cell and not the stores phone fyi, very odd). I called customer service and filed a proper complaint about a store manager directly lying to me over the phone. Customer service called that store manager, who admitted to abusing his personal phone and calling me twice, but downplaying the situation stating it wasn’t his intent to make me believe he was actually packing and sending the product, even though he said he was packing and sending the product. Customer service then told me they would issue a points credit to my account for this ridiculous situation, and that she would personally call the store manager of this store location in Clearwater, to let them know that she was issuing the points and that they were to apply them to the purchase that I would be making today. I stayed on hold while the customer service agent called the store and spoke to the management. The management of this exact location in Clearwater, flat out, refused to honor and allow me to use the credit that I was given by customer service. So corporate issued me credit to use towards a purchase because of a store manager’s blatantly lying to me, then this stores management flat out refused to allow me to use that credit that is on my Men’s Wearhouse account. The fact that the customer service agent On the phone did everything she could to try to help fix the situation, this store’s management 100% blocked her attempt to rectify a situation. That type of attitude and service will inevitably lead to yet another bankruptcy filing by Men’s Wearhouse. Read moreWhile the store and the associates are helpful and nice, I cannot recommend this company to anyone that requires a rental for an important event. Myself (best man), the groom, & one of the groomsmen visited a month prior to the wedding to be fitted. The staff was very nice and helped us out in a timely fashion. We were all fitted perfectly and they explained the tuxedos would be in either Monday or Wednesday the week of the wedding. Once received (the groom’s was delivered Monday & myself & the groomsmen was received Wednesday), none of the tuxedos were even remotely close to what we had been fitted for the month prior. I myself could not even fit into the jacket & the groom also had troubles with his jacket, tuxedo, & pants. We all had to return to the store where they re-ordered everything which now wouldn’t be in until Friday (day before the wedding). This alone was extremely stressful & very time consuming. Once received, my jacket once again did not fit. I personally had to make an emergency trip one hour before the wedding where they quickly tailored the jacket to fit me (this jacket was still not the correct size - it was more of a “let’s just make it work” than correct fit). Long story short, this caused unnecessary chaos in what should have been a straightforward process. I cannot recommend Men’s Wearhouse due to the experience we all shared. Evidently, they are experiencing some major organizational challenges. Two stars because the staff was extremely nice, but don’t take this risk of renting from them on your big day.

Read moreI recently visited Men's Wearhouse and had the pleasure of working with Anna and Luis, and I have to say, they made the entire experience exceptional.
I'm not the most confident shopper when it comes to suits, but Anna made it effortless. She took one look at me and somehow knew exactly what I was looking for—without me saying a word. It’s truly a skill to understand a customer’s needs so intuitively, and Anna nailed it. She found me the perfect suit that required minimal tailoring, which was a huge relief. On top of that, she went above and beyond by helping me rush my tailoring order so it would be ready in time for an important event. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were genuinely impressive.
When I returned to pick up my suit, Luis was there to assist me. Not only did he make sure everything fit perfectly, but he also took the time to get to know us—something you don’t often see in retail these days. He was upbeat, personable, and downright hilarious, making us feel completely welcome. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone so genuinely invested in creating a positive experience.
The entire team at this location truly knows how to make you feel like a million bucks. I can’t recommend them enough. When I need another suit, I know exactly where I’ll be going. Five-star...
