We went the second week of March. Not too hot, not too cold. The temperature was just right for my preference. We stayed in unit 44 and the pink kitchen accents were a delightful bonus for me and my Mom and daughters. Even though this unit is beachfront, my opinion is that it’s worth paying the extra cash only fee for a stable umbrella that won’t blow away. And the lounge chairs are worth the expense as well since there is a lengthy walk across sand to reach the water. What a fabulous place to take in Indian Rocks Beach! it's own waterfront dock to sit and watch the local nature, a few minutes walk to the fantastic beach, it's an old building with bags of charm and all amenities you will need, but don't expect central(quiet) A/C, or every light switch to be where you expect it to be, hire yourself a kayak or something bigger for your stay you won't regret it, we have stayed here a few times now and it's our first choice when we plan our...

Wonderful house for a large group of family and friends. Heated pool with hot tub, and huge tv to watch our sports games we could all enjoy. Beautiful kitchen with top quality appliances and everything we needed to fix meals at home. Outside sitting area was wonderful and met so many wonderful neighbors.
