Reached out 3 wks ago, got a call back gave a detailed description of items, they told me they would take them and get back to me with the confirmation email for date/time. Got the confirmation had everything out on porch. Got a phone call that morning from the driver stating he did not know where I lived 🤦‍♀️. Stayed on the phone with him to make sure he was able to get there ( keep in mind. My street is five streets away from the store😳🙄) I had moved out of the house and now getting phone calls and messages from my landlord because there's "all this stuff " on porch I left there. Showed him my confirmation and pick up date for my donations For the poor and you mean to tell me these lazy undeserving of a job workers can't even pick up items which is in their job description. Give me a break. This is the saddest and most unprofessional business.I have ever encountered in cleveland in my whole life. What an embarrassment🤦‍♀️ I would give to ANY other place in need before wasting time with this scam of a business. If you don't want to work and help others you have NO business trying to help people in need. This place needs to be taken under new management and new staff otherwise use the building for something the city needs. Maybe a shelter? To top it off haven't received any call or email back explaining anything, but I guess what can they say 🤔 "sorry were too lazy to get your items " So NOW on top of it I have to pay to get a truck to get the items out by Monday (2days from now) or i won't get my deposit from...

I was impressed by the friendly greeting from the lady at the counter as we walked in the door. They are really trying to clean and fix this store up nicely and I appreciate it and you can tell others do also by the increased traffic they are getting. Thank you! We were looking for some things that we did not find, but as we know from past experience, we shall try back. We did find a beautiful antique-looking porcelain pedestal sink for our mexican-styled bathroom which we bought at a great price. Thank you to the man and woman who helped us. Some of their prices are great, some fair and some way too high for a thrift store, even though it's for a great cause. Thank you to the man who stepped up to help at the register when they got busy and thank you to the courteous and efficient service we received all over and even at the pick-up dock. You made a fun shopping experience even though I forgot the door latch and handles I bought on the checkout counter. Oh well, that was my fault and after all I'm only out two bucks. I just consider it my additional donation to the cause! Thanks again for everything you've done and...

I purchased furniture and when I went to pick it up THE SAME DAY as my purchase, the staff told me someone else bought it and took it already. This happens so often at this location that the staff refer to the item as being "double-sold". If you purchase from this location, be ready to take it the moment you buy it because a sold sign is not respected by other clients. Staff informed me that another client REMOVED MY SOLD SIGN from the piece I purchased, bought it, and took it off the premesis a few minutes after I left. I rented a Uhaul and drove 60 miles for nothing. On a different item for pickup, staff failed to mention the location was closed for a special event and that the item would not be available for pickup until the following week. I hope my store credit works at other Restore stores, because I will never go back to this one. The part that hurt the most is that the manager claimed not to remember selling us the...

This place is AMAZING. Some of the most beautiful dressers, tables, couches, etc. that I've seen. Prices range but are definitely affordable in most areas. Some of the items that are expensive (outside of my personal budget) seemed appropriately priced still. I went in for a couch and fell in love at first sight. I slept on the thought and immediately went back the next morning as soon as they opened and brought my new (to me) couch home. Terri assisted me and she was such a lovely woman, I enjoyed our talk and all her help. The men that loaded the couch into the truck were careful and they were funny! Help those guys out by renting an appropriate pickup/box truck to move big furniture (not your car that you want to tie a couch to the roof of). I will be going back for sure for other apartment items. They also have a wide selection of glassware that is unique.

Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit that focuses on building affordable housing for lower income families that may not otherwise be able to own a home of their own. They do this with the help of many volunteers that collect, organize, and sell a wide cross section of household items from furniture, lighting, and paint, to dishware, tools, and soap, plus everything in between, at their retail stores branded ReStore. The proceeds are used to buy the materials to build homes, also heavily reliant upon volunteer work, and eventually provide that home to a family that can afford the nominal zero-interest mortgage. The home recipient is also required to volunteer at least 200 or more hours as well. It's win/win for everyone and by helping out, your not contributing to any political or religious organization. What's not to like?

Prices are above retail! These are donated items. Ridiculous. Non-profit is the business to be in! See attached to show how much the CEO is making for Habitat for Humanity…that’s why these donations cost so much money- greed! The quality of stuff that’s for sale at the Re-Store are items that people would have normally thrown out to the curb. This includes items that are out of date and used job materials leftover from job sites and stuff donated that wouldn’t sell at hardware stores etc. The Re-store is supposed to give people that are lower income a chance to own something they couldn’t have afforded new. Most of the items they are selling are past their end-life anyways.
