Poppeas Boutique — Local services in Cleveland

The place was nice, but most of my items were clearance and they didn’t know what their own clearance items were, they charged me full price for everything, I came back in to get a refund and pay again, but the girl had absolutely no idea what she was doing and messed up the refund, couldn’t give me a receipt, couldn’t get ahold of the manager, couldn’t even confirm if the refund went through, and so many more issues. It truly made my experience there traumatic, on top of me being pregnant and hormonal, and I wish this didn’t happen because everything in there was very nice and cute. Still trying to get this all fixed and sorted and haven’t heard from anyone. Makes me wonder why the heck the store owner/manager is leaving a clueless employee who doesn’t know how to do a refund or anything else, alone by...
